Hey everyone,
Had to delete some posts as they were very off-topic and contributed false and/or opinionated information.
That and this is not a Discussion thread for opinions; but rather facts.
Everyone that can prove they were real person or business could get a blue badge. Now it costs $8 to get a badge no questions asked. 10 years ago the badge meant something but hasn't been for a long time.
Your entire post couldn't be further from the truth, which is why I chose to quote it rather than delete it.

If this was true, every single Sportsbook and Casino would be Twitter Verified (trust me, nitrogen wishes they were Twitter Verified).
Now it costs $8 to get a badge no questions asked.
False; not just anyone can get a badge "no questions asked."

Furthermore, common sense figures that there are businesses/people who tried to get Twitter Verified and couldn't.
10 years ago the badge meant something but hasn't been for a long time.
10 years ago Twitter was handing out blue badges to almost anyone who requested one.
That's why today there are small-time personalities with hardly any followers Twitter Verified with 10+ year old accounts.
Since my OP was last edited 2 months before Twitter introduced the $8 Twitter Blue, none of the operators on the list paid for their prestigious Blue Badge (they rightfully earned it).
Adding the two additional operators to the OP technically defeats the original purpose of this Guide; maybe I'll consider adding them with an asterisk.
