Somebody help me. chip1 of my A1 Pro mining machine stopped working. sim the chip1. Chip2 chip 3 and chip4 work.

my A1 pro machine has the same problem. The chip1 stopped working, only chip2 chip3 and cip4 work.

How do I get chip1 to work again? Please help me

I'm guessing this is an asic miner (Axin A1)? If yes, maybe you should upgrade its firmware to the latest version first, make sure there is no blockage on the heatsink and also watch the temp....here is a link to the firmware update for the A1 miner
