I care to learn who they are rooting and what made them see the possibility of the fighter that will win. I do not have much experience about prediction sites, I have stopped many years ago when I know prediction sites can fail as often, having your own knowledge about the sport, the teams or person that are likely to win and make your decision is better. Perfectly said , you can't trust them a hundred, so what you do is to get the predictions and add or remove from it, because what I have noticed bis that the predictions are almost similar and gets closer to the one predicted.

Obviously, the fact that you didn't follow NBA, Football leagues, or any other sports, it will be hard for you to do some analysis and make predictions if you consider betting on these sports. Not just that, even following professional analysts won't help you at some point since their predictions are based on their own set of preferences.

I don't suggest following tipsters as self-knowledge is really enough. But if you really want to push your goal to bet on those sports, then it's your decision to refer to others' picks in the meantime. Then eventually, while you are working on gaining knowledge on those sports, you can now choose on your own and make your self-analysis.

In fact, it is very complicated to bet on a sport that you do not follow.
I only watch football, and I bet with confidence on some matches because I know what one team or another is capable of... and the statistics are not always correct.
I would tell you not to bet large amounts of money on a sport you don't know.
Forecasting websites help you, but you need to have a little knowledge or research before making a sure bet.

I haven't relied on any sport betting channel in ages. Sometimes I check out their videos, but every time I trust them it seems to not go in my favour. I wouldn't rely on free betting tips from the internet blindly, it can be helpful to get an idea of what other people think and what they bet on. But in my opinion it is better to make up my own mind and only place bets on games and teams which I watch regularly. Maybe paid subscription based betting tips are better, I don't have much experience with them either. If you are already watching many football and NBA games, why not pick your favourite team and follow them more closely? Make sure you know when good players are injured or when they are playing exceptional well. I would use that information and bet on the next match. Usually a team that a has a strong victory in a game will play very good in the next few games. The same goes for a losing team, it can be demoralising  and make them play worse the next few games too. We tend to see a lot of trends in sport games that can be helpful when placing bets.

Exactly what I figured too, its more of a 50/50 but I don't wanna lean on that math.

The factors that they're giving and opinion are good to read and to be considered of if you're extracting information and add it to yours as sort of contribution to what you're predicting.

I don't know how well those have served you but, seeking out some help in the same order but on a different sport tells me you've been having results with that, isn't it? I hope not because, I won't want you to have confidence over those. I'm familiar with NBA games so I don't really on those tipsters, but I do read some of them but I will have the final decision whether to follow them or not.

We already have a NBA betting thread already here so you might want to follow and check that out frequently and there are also tipster that gave their predictions, you can tail them if you want. Nevertheless though, you really need to follow the sports first so that you can make your own betting picks.

Sometimes they are accompanied by popular baller too. Its however confusing when you hear them fixed to saying this or that team will win because of this and that. And after reading the comments you'll see users disagreeing and posting another analysis of someone also known in the sport.

I don't watch anything like that at all. I believe that all information is contained in the odds of an event and the best estimator is the bookmaker. If I'm interested in people's moods, then I can read specialized forums or threads here, but I focus only on my analytics. If I don’t have it, then on the odds from the bookmakers. By the way, all popular channels are rather harmful for viewing as they work either for money or focusing on the mood of the crowd.

The time you would be consuming on reading up other bettors analysis and prediction is more than on the amount of time that you would be putting on making your own analysis and its true that it isnt

As you have mentioned, you already search some on NBA right? Therefore, you are on the right track. You need to rely on different analysis instead of focusing on only one source since mostly, reviews of those who have their own channel on Youtube are based only on their own factors.

Since you are not familiar with NBA, you need to check each of those predictions you will see on the web then from there, compare each and see if there's the same thing in common in their analysis. That will be your option to bet but of course, it's not an assurance that you will hit it.

But in the long run, you need to gain knowledge and familiarity with the league itself. It will take time but if you will continue to be involved every day, there's no way you won't learn it.

I won't really suggest that you even bet on SPORTS that you are not fond of. Why? You wouldn't enjoy betting on something just because of the mere prediction and picks of the others.
