Nice catch, the fact that the connected accounts are involved in bounty cheating should be more than enough, (at least for me) to leave the alt accounts with some negative tags so that bounty managers looking to enroll them know the kind of person behind the accounts.

I have only 1 proof of their Imgur account which he also used an unreasonable alibi, where he fenced off that account from his friend. but, with the ability how the alt connected to each other, I can't believe that.

and in fact, no defense from him, he already got a negative tag, if not going true he will post the defense.

I saw it after reviewing it at the local council. Because I'm from the same country as you, so it's very easy for me to understand the conversation in local language regarding this case. as Bitcoin_Arena said. leaving negative tags can help anticipate future Alt cheating in the bounty campaign.
