Solana (SOL) vs Terra (LUNA)

I bought Solona, every time there was a decrease in the price of SOL, I always set aside some of my money to add the asset to my wallet. I think the growth of the ecosystem from Solona is growing quite large, even in a fairly short time. they managed to capitalize on market conditions and create hype with launchpad tokens on the successful Solona network.
it might be going down right now, but I'm sure Sol will pick up ATH back. so I keep collecting them.

Would you rather buy Solana or Terra at this moment?

Both Terra (LUNA) and Solana (SOL) are good crypto assets to invest in right now in my opinion, as they both recorded thousands of percentage gains last year and in another bull cycle, both could rally again.
However, if you want to maximize your profits by taking advantage of one of them, then I think Terra (Luna) is a better investment than Solana and always make sure you do your own research, and only invest what you can afford to lose.

I think Solana already has a very good exponential growth in 2020 to 2021 and it has to experience calm down, pull back period that should be long. I wish luck for Solanians who bought it at Solana's all time high or any high price.

In addition, there is risk to invest into Solana now but if you plan to invest into Solana long term, next 4 or 5 years, it would be fine. If your plan is invest into it in 1 or 2 years, I see more risk for you.

Long term, it is a good investment because Solana is backed by FTX which is a good and quickly grown exchange during the last 2 years.

I mean Solana or Terra are both the best coin. At present, the price of solana (SOl) is much higher, while the price of Terra is also much higher. So I would suggest to buy two coins and hold it so that you can get profit in future. And it is possible to make a lot of money if it is traded. Because now both the coins are in hype and the possibility of price increase is very high.

Both are worth buying as Sol and Terra looks like both these projects will grow bigger in the future and both are currently in the top 10 coinmarcetcap which means both are in great demand by investors but if we look at the growing ecosystem of both projects then for now I personally prefer Sol over Terra because we know that the growth of the Solana ecosystem is growing rapidly in a short time so that Solana's potential is slightly superior to Terra.

It is no doubt that Solana is the most demandable crypto coin than Luna because many of the web3 projects that are NFT-based, Play to earn program and many DEX are working on Solana. Luna has also a good demand and has a good and big use case in its eco-system but when it comes to choosing one of the two coins, I prefer SOL because it has a big eco-system and more upcoming reward programs than Luna.

If you look at the comparison of Solana and Terra, these coins are very similar, but I think that the potential of Terra is much higher.

Hm honestly the page you linked doesn't give much information. There are some obscure ratings and lots of empty entries. Just browsing through CMC gives you more data probably.

Looking at defillama.com data, Solana is consolidating right now. They had a massive growth last year and now need to re-orient a bit.

Terra is still moving upwards, but this seems mostly driven by their LUNA/UST swapping mechanism which increases scarcity on LUNA when UST is created. The question is, whether this system is sustainable in the long run or whether dangerous situation can arise where at some point a downwards spiral can be created where UST is destroyed for new LUNA and those are sold at the market for new UST.

terra(luna) is better this time. unlike solana who still have problems in their network. the terra network is already better prepared for the next step. terra has a lot of pretty interesting stuff like stablecoins on its own network. secure network and more. This makes it superior to other competitors. So if I had to choose, I prefer terra(luna) over solana(sol). but overall these two coins are good, i have both too.

I have bought both and have had definite returns on them. Maybe some issues on the platform, but basically, these are still strong coins in the market. Evaluating the potential for which is better only complicates the investment, as long as they are still performing well and the profits are earned for those who believe.

Now I wouldn't buy anything. The funds that previously invested in these projects now have a very large profit, and they will sell their coins.
These are 2 very good projects, but I think that the time to buy has not yet come.

Does it need to be SOL vs LUNA why not both? If I had money t invest and I need to chose between those too I would put 60% in SOL and 40% in LUNA. I think that is right thing to do if we watch the market.

SOL is one of many cryptocurrencies that in my watch, since Solana has a lot of potential like Ethereum and BNB I would invest a lot in there but right now I'm preparing my capital to buy altcoin that in my list. Also, Solana got a lot of adoption lately, which makes Solana getting more recognition from a lot of people. Whatever tokens you buy you should use cold money as always.

I think both are good coins, Solana and Terra, coins that are much sought after by investors, from the supply side, they are not too high compared to other coins.

However, if you were told to choose I would definitely choose one for investment, namely Solana, currently Solana is down at the level of $100, I'm sure next year Solana can reach a base ATH price of $200 or more.

I have already bought and invested Solana and Terra Luna.I bought and invested when Solana price was 80 80. At one point the price went up a lot but I didn't sell it.Many said it would pump more. Which is why I left it unsold.But I have invested in Terra Luna again. Many say it will go to a very good position. Because of this I have invested more in Terra Luna.

Solana A very popular and worth investing coin. It has gained a lot of popularity all over the world. Solana is currently one of the top coins. I already bought and invested. I also bought coins at Terra Luna. I left it as the future.After doing a lot of analysis, I still feel very good. Which is why I have invested in these two projects. It seemed perfect to me to invest.

I love both. solana and terra are the coins I've been holding for the past year. This project is great and I'm sure in the future it will be too. last year solana was a surprise as it rose more than 1000% and that gives me confidence that in the future this coin will repeat it. and terra also have something in common, these two projects are the projects with the greatest potential after bitcoin and ethereum. That's why I confidently bought it.

I am not really that much interested in Terra and never really researched it very well. I know SOL and I have been invested and then divested in it, I can tell you that I loved it when I first found out about it and got into it heavily and then I quit because I realized they are centralized heavily and even can stop the blockchain which is a very very scary thing, which is why I believe that we should stay away from it, or at least I do.

But, I haven't done the same level of research on Terra, would you mind telling me what drew you to Terra? Like what did you find about it during your research that made you interested in it, and made you buy/invest into it?

honestly solana was having a really great growth these recent years and it seems their marketing was also a success considering their community has been getting a lot more bigger than ever.
although it seems this platform is still lacking some of the quality projects that could lift its value and market capitalization but in the future surely such thing could always be realized its just matter of time and the innovation that this platform offer compared with the other platform.
if i were given a chance for choosing from both of them surely i’d prefer solana just because i’m more familiar with it but objectively choosing i’d still choose solana over LUNA, idk LUNA is promising but kinda lacking in my eyes honestly.
