Good thing if you only be banned temporarily, but things like plagiarism will definitely make your account permanently banned in the forum.

It's hard to understand what you are trying to say or explain! But as you are a cheater, you are showing excuses.
Already explained by lovesmayfamilis and some other users, OP just lazy to read it.
You can have many accounts on forum to do different things as far as I know. But if you use them for one particular reasons and in one thread (such as bounties) you are a cheater. Other people are working for their rewards, and you are trying to snatch it from them with multiple accounts. Stop this and move on. Mods have their reasons to ban you. They are not just banning people for no reasons
