Just started with a $3 bet, but it went upto $98 and ended with empty wallet. This is completely unlucky, because every bets were placed to roll above 20 which means the winning probability is quite high. The more you lose the more you wanted it back. Heard it somewhere and they  are saying its human nature, maybe its true because you are not the only who chased the win. A lot us lose their money. Of course, every experience gives us realization and lessons.

Somewhere in the past I bet dice roll under 90. That's a huge probability and I still  lose playing martingale. That's when I promise to rarely do it and do it on sports betting.

I understand the feeling after a big loss and what I just do is, accept how hard it is, stay away from gambling for a few days, then come back betting with a conditioned and relaxed mind. I won't suggest quitting gambling just because of that as we are in still control but just needs to take a break to understand what part did we do something wrong.

But before going back to gambling, please take time to save first to pay your debt. Take that as a lesson and I'm sure you understand what you did.

There are so many thread created about gambling addictions and got many repetitions, you should have read that at least one thread, but I don't know why you can still become an addict. Now you regretting you have done before, however you're need to think how to pay your debt and the interest ASAP since crying over it doesn't solve the problem.

I studied statistics at school and I've never heard a good defense for using martingale technique outside of its easily understood and operated as a strategy.  I was sitting in a casino bar 22 years ago hearing that strategy, its a good story I wont deny its appeal but best left as a thought not action imo.  Its best to stick low bets till you are comfortable, good thing in crypto is its so divisible but also every loss still counts due to the high growth year to year so even a small gamble should be considered a proper bet.   The main thing is to build up your technique and recognition to any game, do that on at most one tenth of your normal size and also split days you do bet so not all at once; its possible you process/digest your experience after the game and play better the next day.
  If games werent profitable to run they wouldnt be hosted, the challenge is riding that horse without getting thrown dont be too down on yourself just play for fun next time only.

When I read the OP, I thought that he probably used martingale or one of its variants, but I am not sure. In any case, I would recommend that if this happens to him more often he take action because it is normal for a responsible gamble at some point in his life to have lost more money than he had originally set out to lose, but if this starts to happen with some frequency, you have to take action to stop it however you can.

Damn, I'm sorry to hear that mate, I was also in the same boat as you, 3 months hard earn money but lost everything in the casino last night.  I usually don't do that, but i lost control of myself and totally got busted playing some card games, very unlucky. The good thing is that the money is not for paying a debt but I just save it. So back to zero to me, time to save again in the next 3 months and hopefully I can do that. I don't think it has something to do with greed, if you read his history, he started small and have a losing streak, and to recoup, he might have been using the martingale system to quickly bounce and recover what he previously losses. But Lady Luck is not on his side, and it just matter of minutes his capital has been sweep without him not knowing what really happen until it's too late (his decision is clouded).

It can't be understated how important it is to bet within your limits. And if you think that you are getting out of hand with your bets, go out there and take a breather. Stop chasing the losses.

Well I have a similar experience like you, playing in slots game and getting addicted because I want to recover my lose. It's a hard lesson for me, but hopefully I don't have any debt, so I don't have bigger problem like you. Playing to recover back is wrong based on my experience, we should understand if we're lose, it's should be normal since the house edge make the house has higher chance to win.

At least you know your fault here and it looks like the rule of the house always wins prevail here.  This often happens when we think our method is unbeatable.  Happens to me several times.  Losses strike us when we think we have our way to trick the system when the system had already tricked us.  Better luck next time, I hope we learn a good lesson from your story.

Same experience different game. It’s very hard to coped up on this kind of situation and I really understand the pain because until now I still remember my past mistakes for being greedy. I believe you play like this, You are starting low bet but you experienced a consecutive loss bet so you want to recover your small loss by just betting a much higher amount but still lose until you lose it all. This is common mistakes and scenario of problematic gambler but until its still a mystery for me on how come we always end up like this even though we know the possible consequences.

This kind of thing has happened to me before, sorry about the loss. But actually it is greed that caused it. This is how it usually happen which could also be the case in your case. You like betting on very low odds, this can be in in-play and like matchs that is about the end but you taking the team that is winning already, having such matches and betting on it Frequently with the total money you have and with the profit you have made all at ones on the small odd game. But there is one disadvantage of gambling, it is all or none, once a match is going against your production, you will lose the whole money you use to bet.

If your betting is similar similar to what I have said, better to desist from it, use only small about of money to bet. Do not go for small odds, biggers ones like straight win is better and in just 1 or 2 matches unlike small odds that can result to gambling addiction.

It happens. I reckon you wouldn't be called a gambler if you didn't have these kinds of impulsive actions every now and then. I myself have had that kind of dumb action done quite often in the past, less often nowadays but it still happens from time to time. Best to just move on. Looks like you were using martingale though? I reckon you'd have been pretty unlucky then I suppose, losing it straight out like that. I'd recommend increasing your bankroll but eh, I'd rather you just avoid using it altogether since even with a big bankroll, if luck hits you, it's gonna hit you hard.

Sad to hear. Although the idea was initially bad (trying to win money given that you have debt to service). I could be wrong, but judging by the amount of the bet, not everything is so bad and you can recover even just by keeping earnings from your signature.
