I emphasize that I am talking about the seed and not a password. Ways to save the seed.
If you are talking about a seed phrase then it is wrong to call it a "passphrase". As far as I know, passphrases (or passwords) have a different meaning than seed phrase (or recovery seed). For example, you can protect your 24-word seed phrase with an additional passphrase that acts as an additional, 25th word (but can actually be any arbitrary phrase).
