every one tweet for one doge. a decent suggestion, but that would make twitter no longer a free social media. for the doge ecosystem this is indeed a great breakthrough, and there will probably be a lot of demand for this meme coin if mark cuban's suggestion comes true. and bot problems can be solved easily.

That is not the proposal, the proposal of Cuban is that every person puts one dogecoin as a collateral and with that you can keep posting any amount of tweets as you may like, however if someone marks your post as spam and a human reviewer agrees then you lose your dogecoin and the reporter gets the dogecoin, and from then on the spammer has to increase 100 times his dogecoin collateral to post again, it is not explained but I suppose this will happen each time you are caught, so very quickly the amount of dogecoin needed to pay to spam will be too high, however as long as you can create an unlimited number of accounts in twitter something like this will have a limited effect.

Pay for registration or using a social media service is stupid idea so Shark tank or anyone called advisor won't appreciate that and also Elon Musk knows that people will not pay to social media they simply move to another one, probably they can add blue tick for everyone for a fee make sense.

If the solution to implement the pay for anything and i do believe this may become the end for twitter. It seems elon is still thinking about which was the best way to deal with the bots. Think about doge coin was about the alternative idea but what will be the usefulness of doge coin other than becoming pay to use Twitter? i see no reason to use doge coin other than it.
I think that's the potential idea that will be implemented into Twitter but let's see how it will be going on soon.

Yeah, I agree with you. If and only if that the intention is to use doge coin as a way of becoming the payment in exchange to the usage of Twitter, I don’t think people would still use it. There are tons of other social media applications, which are very free to use, that they would most likely switch on to. But, on the other side, I think Elon Musk must have thought about this possibility as well. I hope they come up with better idea, especially with the integration of doge coin.

Speculation drives prices in cryptocurrency and irrespective of whether Mark Cuban's idea is implemented or not, it will always have a positive effect on the price of Dogecoin unless Twitter publicly rejected the idea.

I think the idea of using Dogecoin is not bad but the question is, Is Dogecoin the best. We'll have to consider the blockchain security, speed, and the cost of transactions. If there are better coins suited for the task out there, then I'll suggest twitter should go for that coin.

On the surface it sounds like a nice solution and I guess all Dogecoin holders will be very happy BUT remember that you will also anger a lot of people who have always seen social media as free to use.

This could result in a lot of Twitter uses leaving (like me) and not coming back especially if you now have to use crypto other than Bitcoin just for the price of access.

What do I think?  Well I think they have managed to find a way to create additional utility for dogecoin which has confirmed what I have read before concerning Elon Musk intention for buying twitter.

It would basically be something like "pay if you want to keep spamming" type of deal, and everyone would have to pay doge to make sure that they keep it going. Considering how little twitter users know about doge, and how it would require even non-doge people to get some in order to pay that upfront to have unlimited account, that would make some people leave, or just dislike the place all together.

Twitter could punish people for spamming without paying anything upfront, and only ask doge to continue if they think it is not a spam, but in that case people will just start new accounts to spam and not pay anything which would be making the prevention system futile.

Pretty much sure if this will not become good news for anyone twitter. So the only way to prevent the bot is to implement the payment to access mechanism. The same thing as when someone was accessing BTT from evil IP and this guy need to pay some bitcoin to make its IP will not be marked as evil IP. So this is the only way to prevent the bot but a very big impact on the twitter will come soon. Im sure that so many people have not yet ready for this. Finding an alternate to Twitter seems to be better for all the common people. Because twitter is going to be the social networking platform for the elite who prefer to pay premium and not for the common people.
