Panic moment nowadays with bitcoin price drop drastically until.$30,000 and all altcoin have been lower price poaition now. Not have good option except keep holding our assets and waiting when bitcoin and altcoin back to the top price, bit of atill have saving fund now good moment to buy back with many kin of altcoin as worth investing option and with price still really drop. It could drop more because right now BTC isn't trying to get its shit together, it looks like a free fall to me, the next strong level is 27,000$ which looks like it may fail to hold at this level again, I am looking into Oasis Network too and I believe it will be so cheaper once BTC loses to 20,**** range.

ETH, AVA, and MATIC are of good choices. And instead of splitting your money into 8 different coins, it was best to focus on the 3-5 coins. Earning a profit from investing will not matter its numbers but the quality of the project.

You have mentioned Solana is unstable but have you think those coins on your list are stable? No, they don't have and some of them don't have any profit potential either.

Sol is currently down but I believe in the future Sol will be able to bounce back.

for 8 coin choices it's already very good, but among those coins I only believe in 2 coins for me to invest. The market is already down a lot lately, so there is really no need to try to buy anything special. I mean if you bitcoin which is the biggest coin and the most known coin, you will still be doing fine and yo udo not have to worry about what to buy problem. However, if you really want to look at other coins as well, just pick something that looks like it will stay for a long time, any coin you imagine surviving 10 or more years would be fine.

All in all, bear markets are the times when you need to accumulate, this is why I trust the future of crypto, we might be down right now, but everyone is after getting a lot more today so they can profit tomorrow.

Your choice are very good, I see most of them doing greatly after the market reverses. Most especially avax. But I look forward to some other tokens not on your list, such as... Evmos, Luna, Juno, Terra and Omi. These are some coins i am putting my money on to see if it will make me happy. Nevertheless your list is very good and i will pick 2 coins from there.
