Where I live there are lots of local gambling platforms that have slot flagship games.

Slot admin I assume you are saying about those guys in the physical casinos which come and change the RTP as they like,I used to work several years ago in a physical casino and the guy with the keys to open the slot and change things usually came at night when no one was around (it was not a 24 hour casino the one I worked in).Then they start and do their programming and change the RTP to favor the casino even more than the law allowed sometime as they bribed the persons in government who were pointed to control the casinos (corruption is on any country).This guy though came on precise orders from above (the boss) so he was not doing anything from his own.

Go to your local casino and talk to the boss there? He probably would want to hire someone that is smart, knows the gambling basics and beyond but most importantly, he would want to hire someone he could trust. I don't understand how this will help you in winning slot admin if it becomes your job, in order to get such a job, you must have education and relevant skills in developing or possibly creating your own slot machines. Also, it seems to me that you should be proficient in HTML5, CSS3 programming languages, JavaScript knowledge, experience with at least game engines, well, they can probably tell you after you submit your resume to the game slots developer company.

Admins? You presumably mean the owner of these casino sites which is quite different, they are the biggest winners because admin type roles will only be pulling a salary from being part of the casino staff. Is it possible to become a slot admin without owning a casino ?

I don't know very much about how this thing works, maybe there are ways to develop a slot game and have a casino list it as one of their slot games, if this is possible, then I think first and foremost, you must know how to write codes, that is, having the knowledge to develop games/build applications, this knowledge is not something that one can acquire overnight, it will require time and a lot of patience and commitment.
If this is what you really want, then go for it, but then, understand that its not going to be easy.

This is mostly what happens everytime. This is also the first time I heard about this kind of strategy since mostly people want to become the full owner of the casino and it's obvious that it costs alot. I haven't heard of someone become a co owner of slots through this, not unless you have someone close to you who happens to be an owner of that casino or slot machine.

I do agree with them that it is not you agains't the machine, instead it is you against the house and you'll eventually lose so it is also a wise decision to be a co-owner and that's new for me. It is somehow similar to renting a vending machine.

What do you mean by admin? Like working with them as support staff or what? Because you will never get in that status if you are not experience support staff admin which have experience on casino related jobs. Also for lots of competition to get this job you need some connections which can help you to get a high chance to get hired by the casino owners.

But if you also think that admins have better chance to win on the casino well its still the same, there's no difference between casual gamblers to a person who work on a casino.

But, the truth is, If the casino uses provably fair technology, There is no way they can do a favor for a specific player or person.
