Never used google wallet but I heard it's not available on certain phones (like Verizon).  Was this ever addressed?  What sort of fees to they take?

No clue, last time I checked (couple of months ago) it wasn't an option for me yet and I still don't see the icon in my compose message window in gmail, haven't gone ot see if I can turn it on manually.

5$ + they will take 2-3% when exchanging the money compared to the rate they get
Banks charge themselves 1/1000 when exchanging currencies

Last time I received an international bank wire it costed me 100$ and it was not a large sum

The next couple years will be amazing.
Apple I don't care about; Ripple isn't usable for mainstream society.
Google wallet (with new features) could better compete with Paypal....?
Why don't more people use Google wallet?
