I'm still kind of new to this Bitcoin business, so I have a question. Is a person able to buy Bitcoins from someone else, then turn around and sell them to yet another person?

You can make offers here or go onto an exchange, be sure to do your research on who you deal with.

We never know for sure until the day comes. Market behavior is hardly predictable.

yes you can trade them in an exchange just like trading stocks and commodities.

i think ripple might interest you, it's more than just a 'coin', it's a complete payment system with an exchange built in.  you can trade both fiat currency and cryptos in ripple.

anyway, to learn more about it, read here:  http://coinjoint.info/ripple-might-want-pay-attention/ and there are intros and guides here:  https://xrptalk.org/forum/61-faq-and-guides/

there is a charting website as well for traders:  http://www.ripplecharts.com/#/

you can also 'mine' xrp (currency in ripple) via computing for good:  https://www.computingforgood.org/

I'm thinking of ripple as the "Apple" of cryptocurrency... i.e. there's nothing you can't sell to the technologically unsophisticated if you market the bejasus out of it...

If you want to do "in person" purchase of bitcoin, try out localbitcoins.com

Allright, i will tokeweed. I have previously hold: PPC, LTC, DOGE and BC.

Right now I have a small amount of alt coins left (DOGE).
Else is everything converted into BTC.

My biggest concern is the exchange! I don't trust any of the exchange right now. So only alternative is private trading with escrow.

Cryptography is one of the few things you can truly trust.

All of those change constantly though. Quark is constantly getting harder to mine so the faster the better. Well just from bitcoin faucets and trading to Quark a little over $80.
That would be something you would buy and sell quickly after the price raise. It was only up due to excitement, nothing
