But that is google, google is a company and not a law maker, google is just like other companies that can sue themselves to court because of wrong doing.
Irrelevant. We're talking about responsibilities here, not who's suing who and what for. It is unethical, undignified and dishonest on behalf of Google for choosing to collect and sell all that data, accept bribes from politicians, advertisers, spying companies, infringing every inch of privacy, inventing every kind of technique to glean your data from, literally, every move you make, turning this world into a surveillance capitalism.

A company can be bias, a company can see their bias but will not amend it when the company notice that they have no competitor. Google competitor is Apple but Apple is for the rich people, aveareg people use Android which uses google search as default and people like it because they do not know what google is doing to them and how it has been monitoring them. Also people lesser than average but not poor also used Android, it can be second hand.
Sorry, but I don't understand your point. What does this have to do with Google being a phishing lord?

Google is valuated at about $1.5 trillion, as of May 2022, and you think they can't hire a few hundreds of people who can check for the genuineness of these ads? They simply don't care.

People have unfortunately become a problem for many companies, especially in the technology sector, which is increasingly striving for automated solutions. What people used to do, today robots do - and of course there is the ubiquitous artificial intelligence that is available 24/365, does not go on vacation and sick leave and has no children and family. In the end, if someone clicks on a phishing link served by Google and is financially damaged because of it, let them just try to sue Google which has a bunch of lawyers willing to destroy anyone who looks at them wrong.

I'm just reminding you that they're one of the richest companies in the world along with Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Meta, and the expense I'm talking about is a minimum wage for a few hundreds of employees. Perhaps a few hundreds of thousands of dollars would worth giving for preserving your dignity, if you ever had any. No?

What people used to do, today robots do - and of course there is the ubiquitous artificial intelligence that is available 24/365, does not go on vacation and sick leave and has no children and family.
Their search engine reveals that they don't have properly working robots, if any.

That quote did not fully explain what I am saying, it is only just part of it. To put it into summary, I agree that google is a phishing lord and many people have been scammed just because of google ads, but without government discipline, this may not be alleviated because google do not that care unless something intervened. But this is not happening, it is better for people to just know how to avoid ad scam and avoid to click on ads.

There is intervention, and that's the funny part.

Google gets sued and pays millions of dollars periodically; we seen this happening often now more. In fact, they pay more in fines than in taxes. In July 2018, the European Commission fined them €4.34 billion for doing illegal practices to strengthen their search engine's dominance[1]. In August 2019, they were charged $200 millions due to children's privacy invasion[2]. In April 2021, Turkey fined Google for abusing their dominant position, as always of course, to meet consumer demand for information as they say[3]. France, another fine[4], and so is Germany[5]. The list is endless.

Yet, no errors, scandals, fines, threats of regulations or public rebukes have managed to change their attitude.
