I ordered a pack from them on Dec. 19th, still have not received as of today. Multiple emails sent, no response.

the 19th damn.. i'd say scammed.

This is one of the many problems with BTC. with anonymity, it is easy to build up trust and then cash in on that trust and take off. Plus you also dont know if people got arrested, run over or abducted by aliens.

stores need to use an escrow service. and you shouldnt trust one that doesnt. Look at silkroad. IT has a high potential for abuse. It deals in illegal items, items people dont go to the police over not getting or getting  wrong. Drugs are expensive. But silkroad has stood the test of time and have operated with little problems since it started.(ok some but not really like we get with this crap)

THey escrow. dealers dont get paid until buyers get their product. Yes there are various issues with this method as well. People can simply say they didnt receive a proper product(you can verify they received the mail), but that limits the scams and number of scams. AN escrow service might believe a trustworthy vender over a buyer most of the time, but he wouldnt trust the vender over 100 pissed off buyers.


Every new store needs to use third party escrow or simply dont use them, dont fall for this shit that is way cheaper than you can get it. It is only actually cheaper, if you actually get the product.

However in this cases the shipping terms are very inconfortable. We encountered only a few of this cases during the past weeks. This is why we are now upgrading and changing the mail carrier, to prevent this inconvenient cases from happening in the future.

So as it stands: no cigarettes and no refund... Has anyone here that ordered in januari got their cigarettes?

I tried to order. PM the owner on here and asked what was taking so long for just the order verification. He told me it was do to "carrier" issues which is shipping and that I would be notified when they got it sorted.

I never sent bit coins since I never got a order confirmation with an address to send them too. I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one.

If the site is still accepting orders then perhaps taking action to get them shut down is appropriate.

The site is hosted through KalyHost (owned by Tibanne, which owns Mt. Gox) so if anyone has proof that this site is still taking orders (i.e., sending out the e-mail with the bitcion address) then an appeal to KalyHost might be something to at least stop others from losing their money.

i have buy 3 pack of cigarettes in cigs.eu, and i received 1 pack they are 3 weeks, and today i received the 2 last packs, and in cigs.eu, they are more cheaps than bitcoincigarettes and the package have a number like recommander letter if you dont received your pack they can know where is your packs,
just one defaut, it's really long to received your cigarettes, me i passed my command the 26/01 and i received them today the 25/02/12

If it is us you ask, it depends on the brand. As a general rule, they are all produced in Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Moldova, Ukraine, etc.)

It is not necessarily one month - it just can last up to 4-5 weeks. Some of our customers received their orders in under one week. No alternative shipping option for now, sorry!
