Managing the casino is the least of the problem. Its the casino that you may really have to focus considering the competition in the market. Several of this kind of casino didn't really become popular. The few are in the forum like the Betfury which I guess you can just do what they did. The usage of the token will matter the most after all you plan to create an exchange for your token anyway. Listing on some of other exchange will be a bigger hurdle.

Will the casino also share the profit?

managing a complex business such as a casino is very demanding and requires specific skills. and certainly not just for one man. as a developer, you may have done the most complicated part of the job, but that is only a small part.
first of all, you should first declare yourself about his vision of the whole business in the future, do you have the money to fund it all etc...
Probably you need first to find someone as an advisor, whom you would make a long-term strategy. after that, it should be clearer what kind of associate profile are you looking for. of course, keep in mind that if you start without start-up capital, everything will be much harder, with slightly poorer quality.

You are trying to make a project succeed and it depends on several departments, for example, you need to develop the currency, market it, create a platform for exchange, list it in other platforms, if you can guarantee the success of the casino and therefore for one developer it is almost impossible to do so.

I advise you to build a team, develop a strategy and then start a project instead of a casino due to the increased regulatory restrictions on cryptocurrencies, such markets will cause you a lot of legal problems in the future and most of the profits will be lost in taxes.

Well be careful --there are a lot of scams that happened in the crypto space, you must build a team that you already know not just pick random people.
Another factor that you must consider is, preparing a huge fund of it because when it comes to marketing, you will needed it.
Here in the forum? No one will trust you --sorry for this but this is true, people here did not trust putting investing in someone they did not know and I hope you are open-minded on this. You must have a partnership outside that people personally know you.

Mainly because I have real clients, but they didn't understand web3 originally. I want to bring them into the web3 world. Through the funds that clients have been flowing, I want to build their reputation.

You  are insane if you think that you could manage all of them by yourself. If you are a developer, either focus on developing or be a manager by yourself. Yes you could do tokens and casinos and trading platforms, but all of those requires focus to have the best outcome. If all of those would be connected with each other, maybe focus on a little field such as have a token that could be used on a small casino (offers little games) and is tradable as well in your trading platform. Don't make a huge step instantly, take a little babystep towards all of those fields and focus on small progress one at a time.

Casino got little success with their own token even if they are more popular and the trading platform which I beleive internal exchange which is a good feature to have and more gamblers like to use it when the fee of particular coin gets higher but you need to comply all the regulations which is more complicated than a casino and trading platform but why did you start if you don't have enough experience.

Could you please give an example? They are popular but how come their token is not successful? I know some popular casinos but they don't have a token. Some of these casinos do have a built in exchange but I believe that what the op mean is he develop the three platforms separately.

It's not a casino that has a token and a built in exchange but indeed that combining all the three features in one platform is much harder and more complicated than having a single featured platform only but the advantage is that you can attract more people to use your platform as it has all in one solution and there is no need for them to go for other platforms just to do some of these features.

How to manage them?
You would need man power or staffs that could handle out on specific position considering that this is composed of 3 key areas then it would be sensible you would be hiring
someone who do have the skills on doing so.
As long you do have the money or budget then this wont be a problem but  as an owner or being that too realistic then its better focus out on exchange platform or
gambling/casino site yet these two are really that good for long term aspect if you are really that minding for long term operation but of course
success wont really be that an assurance yet everything would really be depending.
