I would like you to share your opinions on this topic, how do you handle this issue of beggars in crypto casinos.

No need to handle it as it's not even an issue. Besides, if you think you are feeling lucky and made it to the point that you are winning, a small amount of tip shouldn't hurt you as a form of giving thanks for your luck. If you don't want to give them a small part of your winnings, you don't need to bother with their request and just focus on playing. Nothing will happen after all if you ignore those requests.

If you want to give, then give.

If you don't want it, then ignore it.
