It's a pretty good idea in my opinion choosing a bounty campaign based on the popular campaign manager who leads the bounty, Usually popular

I know these projects you are talking about. They really are nothing new. All this has already happened. Wallets and a DeFi app. Only time will tell the relevance of the project for users. So to promote the project or not is your personal choice.

All final decisions really depend on each individual because everyone always makes research for the project he just saw in order to find out how the project concept is and where the promotion of the project is going. Bounties nowadays are too different from the bounties years ago plus the market situation has a negative impact on them. We can't expect that they could pay their participant's profitable tokens so your choice of the project should be your personal preference. So before exerting an effort to promote them that will take you a long time, you better do research so you'll never waste your time and just have regrets in the end.

I feel what you are saying, it is becoming more difficult to find genuine Bounty projects, however, I believe worthy ones are very much available.
