As an electronic currency, I will like to know if bitcoin can be use in sport betting, apart from using your local currency, can I found my sport bet account using bitcoin.

I think you are new to bitcoin and crypto currencies. We are alrea using bitcoin and other altcoins to place bets on sports. I think OP needed to understand that nothing like bitcoin an electronic currency, it is called a digital currency and it's beennused in playing bets, when you look at the recent casinos, there you will discover that they have varieties of digital currency their site accepts and you will evennhave your own centralized wallet address they will generate for you after signing up with them, some have the option for fiat as well while you can buy crypto or deposit it to your casino wallet address to enjoy playing games same way you could make withdrawal, i think OP should also just give a try and sign up for one of the ones here on the forum to understand better.

He do clearly still lacks ample knowledge and even with the basics on how BItcoin works or how its been applied and its integration as a payment option specially on crypto space.If we do  tend to look around then

You can fund your sport bet account with bitcoin if the betting provider includes that option as a funding option for your account, but if you are not disciplined as you know yourself well, try not get too conversant with this and stick to regular funding via your local currency as you can directly put the bitcoins you are wanting to hodl at risk of being tamparerd with constantly by you in a bid to fund your betting account.

It only requires discipline. Who that would touch his bitcoin which he supposed to be holding would also touch his fiat that he is saving. Assuming I have fiat, I can easily convert it to bitcoin and send the bitcoin to the casino site I am using.

What is required is discipline while gambling and this what you are talking about is more related to gambling responsibly and not to be addicted.

Only what I see about bitcoin is that its price is volatile but that should not be an issue in a time like this when there has been so much bear market, only bull market is what we are expecting, anyone that gamble now and hold the coin would profit more during bull market. And we who are on this forum are very lucky because we can find a casino with a license, a good reputation, trust, and good service. Using bitcoin cannot only be used to place bets, but we can also use it for other things, so it will actually depend on what we want to use it for.

And yes, we should always look for a casino that suits us so that we can be comfortable playing gambling in that casino. Never follow the advice of others before we can research individual casinos.
