I saw a whole TV show, it might have been a small series about somebody who did this.  Sold all he owed to risk it on red and its not 50/50 due to the house taking a spot as everyone knows but for this amount you might as well get the free hotel room and some drinks for your trouble win or lose.   Is that possible and stay within BTC Im not sure, possibly a casino would arrange it or surely some operation in crypto will sponsor an event just for hype of such a bet.  
   Simplest thing in the world would be to go look up a few big twitch streamers who gamble and ask them for thoughts and any options, not too much hassle to talk briefly I reckon.  Apparently the top streamers can clear a million a month which surprises me but they wont be too overwhelmed and would appreciate the content for their stream possibly, who knows.     I would never rush a bet like this but Im boring like that so kudos for those that can

From history he stole thousands of Bitcoin so that makes ops to be able to waste them away gambling with 50 Bitcoin is an insane move because that amount is too big to gamble away and not all casinos can handle that kind of bet.

Dividing the bet will make a big difference for his strategy "double or nothing", means that he wont divide the bets.
It is hard for now to see bitcoin casino that allow users to win up to 50btc in single bet so I guess he wont find one place to go.

When betting amounts of 50 Bitcoin, alarm bells start ringing right away, I think. It can never be serious. And then also on 50/50 matches? If such bets were serious then it seems more like we are dealing with some sort of betting syndicate. People would normally never bet such amounts. Although there are big gamblers who play with millions. But you don't see it here on the forum asking for advice

I don't think there is any casino that would allow such a betting on there casino because it is more risky than we can ever assume. The question here is what if the gambler eventually wins the bet, how would the casino pay the costumer a big fund that could be tagged money launching if the government officials eventually finds out. Every casinos has their own limit deposit.

I don't know what research you did about this user, but it looks like you didn't notice that he has VIP status.
To get VIP status you need to make a donation of at least 50 BTC for Bitcointalk.
I know that this donation may have been done at a time when Bitcoin was worth a lot less, but still, it cannot be denied with all firmness that there is no 50 BTC in his hands.

All you have to do is bet on black or red in roulette. It's not exactly 50/50 as it still there is zero as a separate color, but the odds don't change much. Roulette is available at most casinos, so just pick your favorite platform or the one that gives you the biggest welcome bonus.

Why not go to one of the trusted casinos or sportsbooks here, wager to be a VIP player first or contact them directly and ask for a 50/50 bet, to be arbitrated plus escrowed by one of the Global Moderators?

Obviously you pay fees and escrow fees so I guess you might as well go to provably fair casino and go for 49.5% chance win at 2x on dice heh They would allow a VIP player to put 50 BTC easy.
