I know that EPYC and Threadripper CPUs are the best for CPU mining and I am able to have a threadripper CPU with 16cores, can I use this to mine some Ethereum in this bear market or it's not worth it? I have free electricity but my aim is mining difficulty.

Its better to calculate it and to mine the most profitable, then you could exchange it for ether. I just looking for a stable cpu miner, would you recommend any?

Nope, the electricity cost is guaranteed to be higher than the revenue, or only a few cents, which probably isn't worth the time. It would be cheaper to buy the XMR.

CPU coins have fallen, its better you sell for some dollars and buy GPU if you really want to keep mining in such an unprofitable season or you can just use the money to buy some altcoins or BTC, Treadripper CPU is very good for multitasking work like video editing or 3D graphical designs 🎨, its not even for gamers so im sure it still holds some good value in the market today.

Check your profit in the Raptoreum calculator. If you are satisfied with such a profit, then continue mining. You can sell the processor and buy a video card, but in the last month the profit in GPU mining has also dropped a lot.

Those CPUs have good value in the market and only those who run servers or do heavy coding works use such CPU, if I were you id sell on the market and use the money to sell coins, Threadripper CPU isn't for gaming but can still game.

Such processors are needed for multi-threaded calculations, but I have seen that video cards also successfully perform these tasks if the program allows it. Therefore, these processors are rare on ordinary used parts bulletin boards, and companies usually buy new equipment.

First, mining Eth with a CPU is a non-starter. If you can find a working CPU miner it's performance is pathetic.

As far as getting a TR for mining more CPU friendly coins it's probably not a good idea, especially in this market.
CPU mining should be considered as a secondary task. If you need a TR for something else, or just want to have the biggest
CPU, that's fine but I wouldn't buy a big CPU just for mining.

If free electricity is available its better to go to unmineable dot com and start mining any coin you like for example Shiba inu, Dogelon mars, Chilliz and others, the mining website now have a PC software that makes the whole thing easier.

If electricity is free, then it is better to buy a cheap video card or a mining farm, and earn a steady income, rather than trying to guess 1 out of 1000 shitcoins, the price of which will rise. And you may not have time to sell the coin at the right time.

If you own your Ryzen & Epycs, Better mine PKT (Packet Cash)
However you will need lot of Bandwidth.

Its CPU + Bandwidth mineable crypto working on decentralizing Internet access based on CJDNS.
