I'm pretty sure NFT's have been integrated into some casinos so that it gives gamblers some sort of Rakeback or advantages, rollbit has it afaik and there are probably a few more out there that have it. Yes rollbit have poker on their site and I think op have to decide if he wants to play poker their or not. Well, here on the forum we don't have "many people who play poker"! We had Bitcointalk poker tournaments, with more than awesome sponsored prizes, but we didn't have enough players to keep that games alive!
Poker is a skill-based game, and you are right about casinos nowadays, they are more focused on lucky-based games (in-house or from providers) and promotions for that than on setting up poker tables! I guess profit is low, and expenses are pretty high before you bring enough players... if that happens at all! In crypto, I saw numerous tries, but most of them just fade away!

Poker had enough development already and it's already known and commonly played by gamblers in each country. Breaking the "luck factor" will ruin the game for sure. Adding such NFT features might turn the game into "pay-to-win" which will ruin the overall experience and most of the gamblers will simply refuse to bet money on such game.

Staying at home without doing anything is boring, no wonder why people can find ways on how to entertain themselves online and one it was gambling (not totally crypto/gambling) since not all aware of it or have a good knowledge to engage on it but many centralized payment methods that are more user friendly have also emerged during the pandemic season.
