No one is a fool here. You want to help someone to gamble, not only that, you also need the login details of the person. Which means you can be able to withdraw the money the person will transfer into the account because it is still the person that will transfer into the account, that will only lead to a scam that only a fool will fall for.

Also if the account is used for illegal activity, who is going to be arrested or taken responsible? You know that it is not you but the owner of the bet365 account. I hope no one will fall fool of this.

I have a solution for you. Find a way to be able to create an account on bet365 and then deposit some crypto yourself instead of asking someone to borrow their account with balance. lol, this is too good to be true. there have been a lot of offers similar to this in the past, I've always told whoever is interested to be cautious.

anyway, things like this are too risky for either the account owner to yours. no offense to you OP but there is a high chance that this would end up in a scam.

Scammer or not it’s still too risky to let someone gamble using your account, most probably they are just trying to get your account information and you might soon be a victim of a scam. Plus another factor is that switching account from different IP address which possible will lead to banning account. Reading ToS is definitely a good decision that you will probably consider and the proposal that offer by the OP is quite risky foe both of them even though we are not judging him as a scam. There are two scenarios that could be at play here, the first is that this is an outright scam and there is no method to make money at bet365 and he is just trying to get advantage of people that do not know better.

The other option is that he in fact can do this, however most likely it is something that goes against the TOS of the casino and he got banned already so he is trying to keep his method going by involving other people, which will eventually get you banned as well on the best case scenario.

All of these will not work, casinos already know this kind of method and they can put restrictions on one's account and the owner will be in trouble with the casino, I don't see any advantage to the account user because gambling is risky and no guaranty of winning if you guaranty it, we can suspect that you have an exploit on Bet365.

If he did found a Bug then he must report to the site and he may get Bounty for helping them out , but if he will use this to His advantage? then this is clearly cheating and once the site finds out about this abuse then the account he is using will automatically banned and will never get his fund out.

You have a secret method to exploit some kind of vulnerability in bet365? This against their ToS and it's most likely illegal. The account will get banned and the IP address will get permanently blacklisted.
Just do your "secret method" with your own money, try to create an account by yourself (use residential proy, socks proxy or good VPN, I don't care) and see what happens. 99,9% you will get banned, IP blacklisted and lose your money.
Anyway, I'm assuming that you actually don't have a working exploit method and this is some kind of stupid scam.

Yes you are right that mate OP want to tempt a victim and offer a big amount of profit but we should be careful because many of them are doing this. We should not give our account easily or trust anybody we did not know yet. The account is contain personal information in order to verified so it must be keep and safe.

That's right. We don't need other people to be able to play gambling because we can make it ourselves and play right away. Moreover, no one will suspect us because we use our own money to gamble. We also do not need to divide the total profit among others because the profit we get is our profit. Yeah you cannot steal the bet365 account because you already have the username and password. All you need is to withdraw all the balance in your account and find a new customer.

No worries. The scammer will come back, most likely with a new account and a new idea for how to steal your money. 

As someone has already stated, this has to be one of the oldest scams in the book. I just hope no one is so naive and no one gets suckered by this, but it does happen. Hopefully people can make more educated choices when presented with scam offers such as this.

Without a doubt they will comeback but if we are lucky no one is going to fall for such obvious scam, after all there is literally zero effort involved, they are literally just asking for you to hand your account, personal details, bank information and balance for them to do whatever they want.

If that is not a horrible deal anyone can see through then we are in deep trouble as any scam more complex than that is going to be enough for scammers to get a lot of money from their unsuspecting victims.

He only just wanted to scam and nothing more, but bitcointalk is not a place to easily scam people. He is a newbie, maybe he knew nothing much about this forum and thought he can just come here to put down a scam, thinking people can fall for it. But I am still wondering how someone that is even not on this forum can fall for this simple scam. Our betting sites login details are very important to remain only known to us, even betting sites do not have two reasons that they support 2fa in a way it will be hard for scammers to compromise the account.

Fortunately for newbies in this forum there are a lot of smart people which have seen all kind of scam attempts in the past and they can recognize them immediately and warn everyone about it, however it is obvious scammers are not going to concentrate exclusively on this platform when trying to run their scams.

Even without being on this forum, it would be foolish if someone that will give his betting account to someone to help bet, the person can just steal the money on the betting account because he has the whole access to it, I think it should just be a common sense for someone to think that he should not give his betting account to a stranger, be it funded or not. If the person knows how to predict and bet to win, he shouldn't be asking of anyone of a funded account. He might have registered with so many altcoins account maybe that is why he is looking for an alternative account to use to make more money from his strategy. If he had all this result then I think he should be a good gambler that could double accounts. You know most casinos do not tolerate double accounts which could be lead to a ban or freezing of the account which the fund inside can not be recovered again. Any person that is ready to take the risk could go ahead on there own risk.

Looks like OP is living on India and based on what I've searched online gambling is prohibited on their country.

According to this article:

All cyber activities or online gambling in India are regulated under the IT Act, 2000. The act prohibits online gambling activities and prescribes a punishment for persons indulging in such activities, with a fine of Indian Rupees 100,000 or  imprisonment of up to 5 years.

Using someone's account on that country could put the account owner at risk because gambling is banned there. Using vpn is also risky and usually ban on gambling websites.

And also I don't believe on the claim of OP that he can beat bet365's system. Even if he knows some exploit, I'm pretty sure that if the website discovers it then they won't let it withdraw the funds easily.

Because after successful play bookie limits the account. Instead of 500$ limit becomes 5$. Then I have to change account, to keep betting with higher limits. I use around 5 accounts per week for myself (20 per month).

He didn't say that you will need a balance once you handed your account to him but if it works the way you describe it, of course it was your own responsibility in case he loses your money because you accept his conditions anyway but I think the commission will now change.

It won't be 50 over 50 anymore but his share is going to be lower than yours. I bet he isn't. If he wins he'll split the win with you (probably). If he loses he'll disappear. That's his way of making a safe bet that he cannot lose.
I know a lot of guys like that who would bet wit you or borrow things from you and when they lose the money or break these things they don't want to talk about it anymore, act like they'll pay you back later but it never happens.

It's an old tradition in business that you both need to depend on each other somehow otherwise the side that holds all the aces will always think about exploiting the other.

I'm a little confused as to why the OP is thinking of buying this account where he can buy for free. There are also different procedures if there are restrictions in his country. He can easily get an account whenever he wants. Bet 365 must be KYC. Here you can't withdraw without KYC. But it is not difficult. So the OP's offer makes me suspicious. Why does he want to purchase the account?

I'd rather register myself than for someone else because the KYC I do is using my identity. If anything goes wrong with my account, I'm afraid it will impact me. How can you say that he is not a scammer ? He is looking to get access to the bet365 accounts and he will share the profits. Ofcourse this is an easy way to earn the money as as long as your bets keep winning, you keep getting the profit without risking your onw money and once you start to lose, you will end up the money in the account and you wont share the loss. This is an example of a modern day scammer.

He wouldn't really face any issues if he is using someone else's account to increase his balance and split the profit, because he only asked for login and password but didn't mention anywhere that he is going to deposit money himself to play, so his intention was probably that someone will give him access to an account that already has balance so that he can gamble and double or triple the balance and then split.

I don't think anyone would trust a stranger that much to give them access to their account if it has money as they can withdraw the money very easily and run away even if they can't steal the account itself.
