Anyone else noticing that while BTC drops $2K and Ethereum below $1K
Doge refuses to budge below 5 cents.

Anyone have an opinion on why Doge is holding it's price when all other cryptos are falling off the cliff.

It’s not really just Dogecoin that’s doing that, some other Altcoins too maintained their state (although already poor) and I won’t consider this as a win because these coin already has low prices and their drop won’t be as noticeable as Bitcoin or Ethereum, this fact doesn’t make the solid even at this time, I feel when the markets get better many of this coins won’t have the pump momentum as bitcoin would have by then.

Checking the charts, Doge has dropped about 37% over the last 30 days, while Bitcoin is at around a 35% drop and ETH is over 40%.

Not dropping below a certain resistant point over a period of time does not equate to more stability when compared with other coins.

$30k down to ~$18K, is $12K.

Mainly talking about the last 24 hours where Doge has barely moved, and btc dropped ~$2K.

(Anyways, I'm reporting it to mods for it to be reposted it on another board) During a bear market people tend to lose hope but memes or meme coins, NFTs and other stuff tends to make people laugh during this thought times. I don't think it's from Elon, his shill tweets doesn't do much these days at all, maybe just occasionally.

Actually btc dropped ~40%, in the last 30days.
$30k down to ~$18K, is $12K.

I actually checked on coingecko and those were the figures which were given. When you consider that the price was not flat at $30k, but actually a little below it, and the price now is hovering above $18k; considering the values of the couple hundred dollars, it runs up to about 35.9% drop.

Doge has dropped about 9% (that's not barely moved) within the past 24 hours, with Bitcoin on a drop of ~11%.

Bitcoin is a lot more expensive, so a drop in it would be massive (relatively) when you compare it with other coins.
Consider the percentage difference and not the actual price movement.

While I ain't taking anything away from Dogecoin, I like to mention that it already had its fall (it could still fall more) a few weeks ago while Bitcoin remained relatively stable above $30k until recently. Doge isn't really that bad as highly criticized in public spaces, anyway. Those who think it's a fun and memecoin aren't going deeply into what Doge is actually. Come to think of it, I've read several reports projecting Bitcoin to hit $12k in this crash. It's already doing $18k at the moment. Perhaps, we could see $12k in days to come or not. No crypto is immune to this dip. Everyone of them is seeing enough red now. However, I see this as market's own way of correcting and balancing its books. No panic.

Doge is already dead, how low it can go further. Most of the altcoins now move a lot less due to the bitcoin dump because they don't have much room to dump, they are already on the floor prices.

I guess my opinion would be that Doge underperformed from the highs a great deal, so maybe it's already been waiting at the bottom of the cliff for everyone else to catch up...  Bitcoin is down something like 70% (ballpark figure) from the highs, while doge is down more than 90%.  I have a hard time considering that outperforming.  Sounds more like wishful thinking.  Doge has some bright spots though.  If Elon does manage to buy Twitter, I wouldn't doubt it if he adds Dogecoin tipping and tries to really get that currency to take off as a way to show you like tweets somehow.  As far as shitcoins that were created as jokes to scam a little money from meme users, Doge is the best out there.  I wouldn't go expecting it to break $1 anytime soon though.

The Cardano looking stronger than Doge Coin. As doge dropped 31% in the last 7 days.
While Cardano dropped only 21% So ada is stronger because of Elon?

i think you need to understand that the elon is a clever man. His big investment is in bitcoin, and tweets on doge is just a joke to him. so dont take his tweets seriously, but if you want to follow him. buy btc and hodl as he is doing.

When you checked for other altcoins you see that some of them is holding their price not only Dogecoin and besides Dogecoin promoters or supporters is very clear that they need the growth of Dogecoin and  they need what will make Dogecoin to stand. I will agree with you for stable coins they do not have disvalue from time to time

How much dump do you expect? do you want to see the negative value, lol.

It is already at the bottom and another cause this market is manipulated, I've enough doubt there will be enough holders of this meme coin. For people who have bought doge before, a maximum of them sold their coin at a loss when the last dump happened on dogecoin.
Now, only fools can hold this coin, so the actual thing is there is not enough buyer/seller who want to adopt or invest in this shit coin.

Lol, a manipulated market can drop at any time,
If you buy a manipulated coin after seeing a bullish signal it can drop to its All Times Low before you finish your coffee break.  
You can't expect it will follow any regular market cap or market movements.

The lowest that it has hit today is $0.49 and everything is affected do you call it stable? I don't think so. And if you zoom out for the last 7 days, the chart of Doge doesn't look good. It's also coming along the way of bitcoin and ethereum and all of them are just dropping.
