There are altcoins that will still be up and running even though it's value is very low. If you did see it for yourself when Bitcoin's value was around $3000 at that then you will know what altcoins survive during that time. As of now, the value of crypto are decreasing and you don't want to invest if that's what you want then why not go with ETH, XRP and many more. It is true that some won't be able to survive but some will survive. There's stable coin too if you are that afraid.

It is unlikely that all altcoins will survive this bear cycle, because indeed some of them will sink and die in the market, but we also cannot guess which coin will be in the top 10 position for the next 5 years, except only bitcoin and Ethereum that's for sure. They are quite different and that was because they belong to the highly respected projects in the market which are known for their profitability and for long-term investment. Yet, dead is worth calling for useless and shitcoins, they are expected to die during the market crash, and sadly, another set of shitcoins to pop up then after.

Therefore, making a choice of these coins are worth enough. We don't have to feel worried, not even to think negatively as they all will rally once the market recover.
