I don't see Bitcoin payment method mentioned anywhere on UltimateArcade website, so this topic should be moved to Altcoins gambling.
From Faq page I can read how they have some token equivalent to 1 cent USD, and they are supporting Solana, USDC and USDT tokens.
I don't want to register just so I could get big reward of 50 cents

Now, I have bolded a portion of your statement. IMO you are what's wrong with bitcoin and advertising here. You're not registering for a reward, you're registering to play skill games that you just happen to be able to make a few cents on if you are confident in your abilities. The 50 cents is just for users to be able to try it out for money vs only the free lobby and is exclusive to players that sign up under my code. It's not supposed to be looked at as a reward that 1000 users should sign up and pocket.
The site didn't ask me to post this, but I'm looking to make a few dollars as I get a couple bucks if players sign up under my link and deposit.

Yes, arcade games such as this one is fun to play but the real reason for me asking is that if its not a gambling site, so should its ANN be placed in the gambling section ?
It is gambling, that's why some lobbies cost money to play.
You'll see that quote on the FAQ page. But because they can bet I think it can still be considered gambling. I'm sure its not an issue since arcade games are always going to be fun to play.

I'm not sure how often the list is updated, but this is proof that some players are really good and play for money in the bigger lobbies.
