If any site either that is gambling or something else has good referral commission offer but do not give the perfect referral commission then that is a scam site and that cant be considered as good referral commission system that is nothing but a scam referral system and we should avoid that at any cost.

I think that in order to understand whether the site is fraudulent or they are conscientious guys, you just need to have experience and some kind of inner feeling of skepticism and suspicion.  These skills come with experience.  Many beginners, in order to learn how to understand, can make many mistakes and work for scammers through referral links for free. 

In general, it always becomes somehow a little unpleasant for me when I come across various tricks of dishonest guys who, in all sorts of cunning ways, mask links that are in fact referral.  And they seem to pretend that it is not so. 
This is disgusting and deceitful.

Of course not.  
I do not know a single player who has won so much that he could not work for several years.  

As for referral links, in my opinion, this is not even worth discussing as a serious income.  Everything that you read or see on the Internet, all those happy players with a lot of money, it's all just advertising, which is too naive to believe.

Many years ago I participated in a payment where you had to find many referrals, and that they were legitimate, that was very difficult because the task consisted of those referrals giving their KYC and then managing to invest some money there, but after having obtained only to 3 people, who were legitimate, I did not have any type of compensation, despite the fact that these people made small deposits.
