Lets just say that email support is default for all business sites to have for their customers to contact and my opinion about live support is the sites have it to help their customers on in time or as the name goes LIVE which means they help the people who have problems live/on time instead of sending emails and wait to receive a reply/response from the site after inquiring them about the situation/problem that a person is having on the site.

Well, I decided to create an account on blizz.io too and see what's the reason behind this. I claimed th $8 bonus and I can see that the wagering requirement is $320 (40x). I hoped I'll manage to make a big win just to see if the wagering requirement will change. Sadly, I couldn't.

It has nothing  to do with the percentage you have achieved. It is more about the starting wagering requirement from the bonus. I have tried many similar bonus in many different sites but this is the first time I see such huge different wagering requirement from the same bonus.

If not about percent, this possible user got $400 from $8 in one time. but is still not fair when compared with what he got because he received the same bonus as another user.

If I recall, there are crypto casinos here which supports non crypto payments like credit card, skrill, etc. and there must be crypto users that uses those types of payment methods for some reasons like they currently don't have a crypto or cryptos value are too unstable.

This casino can offer up to 1btc but the catch is you also have to deposit a good amount of money and not only that, but you also need to wager it before the bonus adds up to your real balance. On other gambling sites they can offer more than 1 btc but then again you also have to deposit more and fulfill some requirements. It wasn't easy tho so forget about that.

I dont really understand why support said that he want to add your balance back without bonus. It sounds like you had your own money (deposit) and bonus. Previously you said that you did not make any deposit, am I right? This situation makes more confusion for me as you claimed to have no deposit but support say something that sounds like you have a deposit.

The closest thing to fiat money is with usdt, it's almost the same, to make deposits in normal fiat money I think they could have delays, because if it's from a bank to a casino you wouldn't have problems? All transactions that are made like this require requirements, unless it is done through Western Union or a payment processor of that style, I have seen that credit cards are accepted in several casinos, but being a crypto casino, fiat does not make sense .

Same here! Unless am messing something otherwise the support agent answer doesn't make any sense (at least to me). What do they mean by "the wagering amount increased because of playing restricted games"! The wagering requirement is not supposed to change. If there are restricted games then they can either not allow him to play those games with bonus funds or not count those bets toward the wagered amount.
I hope OP will respond here and explain more what happened.

Many discussions have been developed about the casino, also the person who is active in the thread seems not to get married, it seems to be a troll that has no limits, I have configured my email to accept the updates of the site and not that they arrive in the folder of spam but to the normal input tray, I give the casino my thumbs up, I haven't gotten into high stakes yet, but from what I see in my experience there is nothing wrong.
