Disgusting bitsler, played there for years...i swear they rigged my account after i did cash out from their fcking faucet(, not even faucet, its fucking nitro WHICH I WAS FUCKING MORE THAN OUGHT TO HAVE) well they rigged my account after...so im done with them... 225 bets bets 6.6x dice payout reds, 185 6.1x dice payout and shit like that...ye tell me its unlucky. You are BITSLER shit then. Well i had some few trx and they wouldn't let me cashout until i wrote to their fucking rigged support. DO NOT PLAY AT THAT CASINO UNTIL U WANT TO GIVE OUT MONEY TO THEM . I wonder to what extent we should take this seriously. The reporting seems to have been prepared very quickly and amateurishly. If you can't even spell the name of the casino correctly, then it doesn't seem to matter much to the player. Moreover, Bitsler has a stable reputation. I've been looking through the scam accusations and can't find anything about bitsler. They have also been active on the forum for a long time, it seems impossible that you have problems with a site like bitsler. Perhaps you should describe your problem in more detail.

I wont spell their name correctly because they dont deserve that. Brother i was playing there 2 years or even more. They have license ( atleast they saying that ) Yet my stupid country is restricted to play there and always was. But they took my ID for verification without any problem. Well the customer representative said that it was sent, so perhaps you have withdrawn the TRX that you have said.
Sometimes we need to have this word ^[patience] and it could be 1-2 days is an ample day for them to prepare your withdrawal which is supposedly a quick one.
However, you can move forward with this on the scam accusation board and bring all your valid proof there ^[1] and follow the report form, given on the pinned topic on that board.

Also i can send my whole history with their support. I was calmly asking them why they rigged my account, and if there is change so they undoit...yeah i was fucking calm. They was saying they have no idea what im talking about (haha perhaps they dont, only admins do) and when i was asking them to call the admins then, they stopped do any answer immediately for few days...that was when i stopped to play here. Its more than clear they know about it...These chances i played and i missed thousand times in a row - its like i would hit 500x in keno but fucking 10 times in a row. Just do your math. Its some nasty dirty awful garbage on their side, what they did to me. Im also muted in their chat, even on private messages which u can do only to admins or mod there. Yeah, i was asking publicly why they rigged my account or if these losses are normal. (they apparently didnt like it)

Avoid posting multiple replies in a row, you can merge and quotes all your replies in one reply. And as suggested you will have to open a proper scam accusation if you have the evidence needed to back up your claims.
I also advise you to calm down and stop approaching the support with harsh words just as much as possible to be diplomatic in your approach.

I can't keep up with anything, could you please put things in chronological order and with proof? this will make it easier to understand what is happening and which side is right and wrong (if your side is right or if the casino is wrong) and you have to create scam accusation if they don't solve your problems after days. If you're serious about your allegations then better create a complaint in the scam section and upload all your proof if you cannot
do this, people will think that everything you posted is hearsay and you are just making it all out because you lose money on that casino, filing a complaint if you think you have been cheated is the right thing to do

You could go back to your account and bet history, then you present bets that you believed could have been rig with writes up to support what could have happened, your compliants to support and responses. Compound the this and present in a thread on the scam accusation board and have the forum look into.  There is little effect this could do should you want there attention or perhaps this is you just issuing a note of warning.

It might be the support text instead of the bet history. I don't think there's any valid way to provide proof that Bitsler actually rigged your games or you were just, well, extremely unlucky. If you were solely saying that Bitsler rigged your games with the only proof you have is saying you lost continuously, some may believe it but it wouldn't really be a proper accusation imo since there's no solid proof (unfortunately). Chances are most would just attribute it to, well, gambling being gambling, that there's always a chance for you to lose.

Lol, I don't think we can do anything about the situation here. He already made the decision when he attack bitsler because he think that he was cheated. And then gave us proof, so it's really up to us whether to believed him or not.

We told him the recourse he needs to do, make an official scam accusation and maybe bitsler will respond there and see who is telling the truth and who is lying.
