Which one of you snipers snagged this in the last couple seconds?  Lol. I bid $2,876 in the last 4 secs when it Was sitting around $1,600.  and you won at $2,926 lol congrats, coin is worth $4k all day long,  if I didn’t already have a couple in the collection I would have bid harder. But in the last min it was sitting at $1,603.  And I wasn’t going to leave that much money on the table. Lol.  Again, Congrats to the winner! Cheesy

Fun item indeed, and it only costs less than half a Bitcoin.
Ah, now I got reminded of the blockchain-watch 2.0 scam again. :\

@rsincognito Wow, that's crazy. Collectibles for less than face value on ebay... Does that happen often? :s

yea that blockchain watch 2.0 still pisses me off too.... I ju st bought my grandson a watch that has the bitcoin ticker on the watch face. it was from goldshell and was only $60 so decent price for a kids watch.

I don't think it happens that often if ever, I comb ebay pretty hard and have never seen that happen before.

I don't think it happens that often if ever, I comb ebay pretty hard and have never seen that happen before.

Less than load value is pretty rare, but I see this as an indicator of a lack of general interest.

rs managed to snag a coin funded with .1BTC ($3732) for only $2926. Netting this user a profit of $806. There was most likely a sales tax on the sale so rs walked with more like $600 - $500 in PROFIT just from buying a coin on eBay.

rs could peel the coin as soon as he gets it and redeem the funds and sell at exchange rate for nice 10 - 15% profit.

The premium on the coin is most likely another $1000, so rs made close to $1600 theoretically from this deal before even getting the coin in his claws.

The world is sleeping on physical bitcoin and crypto in general. The results of recent auctions just continue to show this.

If you are reading this, you are the 0.01% in terms of market positioning.

Sketchy as hell, but yeah, cool design...
Pretty much the only info I could find: https://walletscrutiny.com/hardware/icoldwallet/#result

"The original company is named Shenzhen Feitianxia Technology Co, Ltd. It is also known as idiskk. The product listings on Amazon.com are under the brand ySky or Jostart. However, we believe these are produced by the same company: Feitianxia Technology Co, Ltd."

I completely thought it was sketchy as hell too. Lol but I sure like the concept of design. I wish it was done buying more reputable company.

I’ve seen a lot of hardware wallets like this. Anyone would be insane to trust them. As a collectible to never be plugged in to a computer, sure why not. I’ve bought a few over the years. Mainly in my earlier btc days though when there weren’t many wallets. But yeah the fact that there’s no website tells you everything.

I don't think I ever heard about this device, and I actively follow and track all hardware wallet development for years.
This looks like a cheap device, made in China, and I would  not plug that into any other device.
Email verification sounds terrible for any hardware wallet  Tongue

100%, should be mandatory to not trust any 3rd party devices except maybe the handful of established ones.

I gotta say I usually wouldn't want to collect something that just makes use of the Bitcoin theme but has a good chance to be (or become) a scam. My taste has changed over the years I guess - for a while anything with a Bitcoin logo would catch my attention.
These days it would need to be an item that really displays some special level of art to make me overlook the possibly scammy side of it.

Large sale

2013 PCGS LEALANA bf black. Just sold for offer accepted $11,197, I used a site to let me see the actual sale price and it appears to be 8,950.00 AUD or $5888.20. This is the highest price I have ever seen one of these coins sell for if this is the case and this sale is legitimate.

If I'm not mistaken,  I believe that black address coins were never meant to be sold unfunded and lasered on hologram “buyer funded”.  It’s estimated around 100 black text buyer funded coins exist.  This one is unloaded: https://blockstream.info/address/1FSs8cfWwbg4G6pNjM2qH1bRWAPitf3dap

I saw that sale this morning, I thought it was high also, but on eBay nothing surprises me.  There was a gold plated cas coin 25btc not loaded that sold a few days ago for $4,100.  I feel like one of you on here got it,  I bid till like $3,500 then jumped off, if it had a higher grade then MS60 I probably would have bid heavier.

There were many black address coins funded by Smoothie, hence they did not contain  “buyer funded” on the hologram.  The ones he marked as “buyer funded” were not funded by him and shipped unfunded.
