Solana had good potential as compared to many altcoin.The base for Solana ,it was used as the medium of transaction of altcoin like the Ethereum.If you had huge amount for longer period,you just keep the funds in Solana.With the period of 1 year ,the Solana will reach the first target of transaction coin is 500$.After that,it will reach the targeted price of 1000$.It takes huge time for this process,you can’t achieve this in a short period of time.

Based off of the recent history of the Solana chain being down around 12 times, I think ICP has a better shot at reaching 500 usd than SOL. Time will tell though, right?

Remember that Solana is the only one altcoin that really making progress last year and still promising despite of its situation.. So it's not surprising if it goes higher again without knowing. Indeed they have good team and constructive goal compared to some altcoins that made hypes in the market before solana emerged. So its not impossible IMO.

the $40 target is for me a realistic one as it is already in the 34 level. with actual use case and a lot of projects are now using its network, there's high chance that they will even go beyond 40 bucks. but achieving their ATH of about 260, i believe is still a long journey for SOL.
if people are using this network, then, for me they have chance. doubt if people are not mentioning this network anymore.

Solana has became one of the valuable crypto currency because there is a strong technical structure behind this altcoin so on this basis $40 price range is obviously realistic this is not surprising at all although the current bearish market condition is creating barriers between the progress of Solana hopefully the market will recover soon then we may expect something positive with SOL

 Solana is indeed a good project and promising , I have seen this since last year that this is one of the best and awaited coin.

Nowadays SOL is still on process of development but this already gain attention and support.

you're right buddy, right now at CMC the price of solana is at a price of $41.96, so for a price of $40 it is clear that it can be exceeded and a very realistic and very easy target for him to do. Solana if you look at his past, it is indeed very good and it is clear that Solana's potential to be able to achieve renewable ATH will be surpassed if bitcoin recovers, even though the competition is very tight and Solana is still able to compete.

Solana coin was hit hard by the network outages and the overall downturn of the market. Even when $40 was realized, Solana coin gave a quick reaction when the market moved up a bit. It can go higher, this is entirely dependent on bitcoin, if bitcoin can stay a little more stable then SOL can be priced well. No experience as a network I will do some dapp research on this Solana network.

Isn't that achieved already by solana? The first one that you said and not the apple part because until now there is no new apple but the company is still the leading one it comes to creating quality devices. In crypto, the beast here is still bitcoin and then followed by eth.

These two crypto giants won't ever be surpassed by any other crypto even if we think they are performing well because there's always something that they will be lacking which can only be found on btc and eth. Solana's 40 dollar price target is realistic of course because we already know how this coin performs before. That value was just a normal recovery for solana.

Yes but comparing it to eth is just weird. Solana Notwork is not going to be an eth killer even when it's on and running smoothly. Maybe after eth rises 10x solana might rise with it, but as replacing the second place there's no change for that.

Two weeks after writing this post, SOLANA was not only able to hold last year's $30 level of support, but also quickly surpassed the $40 price point, currently trading around $45. If growth in the entire crypto industry continues, we can expect a possible test of resistance at the $80 level. This would be a good short-term investment of one's money.

We have now see it holds the $30 support for a long time, I guess thats the very bottom of it. It may be safe to buy even at $40+ You wouldn't lose a big since the bottom may adjust up by next bull run. This is if they missed the $30.

Not gonna suggest it as a short term investment if an investor have started at a very low price. The token will not likely be dead anyway so staking still is a good way to make it if they are not going to trade the token. Making money out of it but its still up to them.

Yes and solana (SOL) is staying at 43-45 dollars as of this time , https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/solana/ if this to be continued then maybe 50 dollars is not that far to achieve and this thread is already done because SOL had already take down that level and we need to move on to find out.

I felt stupid for not believing someone from my group when he told me last year that SOL will make a very good growth this year, and yeah he is correct because these days? SOL had already broken that 40 dollars price and continuously climbing till now proving I am wrong for not trusting this project.
but at least i bought some amount last march because i felt that it is really a promising project.
