I don't think anyone is in the pool yet, and my guess he's planning to send all the invites out at once, everyone just to make their picks on superbru, the predictions will be carried over into the pool.

Thanks for the clarification. I panicked a bit since we have only a few days left and assumed everyone was already in the pool.  

I usually send the link when someone paid but I missed a couple as messages get buried fast. If anyone has paid and doesn't have a link just PM me. As long as your predictions are in they will carry over once you join the pool even after it's started.

Sure. You can sign up to superbru and put your scores in now if you want and once you've paid and joined the pool the scores will carry over.

It usually does when the games have concluded and about ~20-30 minutes thereafter. Check in after an hour or two and you will usually never have issues, it's just that everyone wants to check their scores after the games are done and it kills the servers (I imagine).

I see. I try to check it from Superbru website, it works smoothly and better than their apps

If anyone wants to play there's still time. If you have your scores in on Superbru they will carry over to the pool once you join, but if you haven't Superbru gives a certain number of 'default' picks for those who miss games. Currently you will have 5 points automatically which doesn't seem like a lot but it's only three less than what I got this round  .
