Yes, I will just draw out a list of players I need and their value to suit my needs, I should be able to draw out 2-3 draft of players I'll get and their alternative options during the break, so It will make things less tedious for me when the FPL resumes. That's all if there aren't any surprises  as the world cup progress, some players might not even get to play more than 4 games, so I don't expect loads of injury worries.

Not loads of injury worries but I am sure there will be some problems with our key targets. There always is   

It is even worse when you are unsure if somebody is starting and I feel there will be a lot of those cases.

Anyway time to switch to World Cup mode and take a break from FPL.

Boxing Day fixtures are just over a week from now, we have a bunch of double gameweeks announced to follow short (19, 20, and 23).

I haven't done any research or watched any of the recent club friendlies, just stuck with the World Cup.

I'm afraid it's gonna be a tough transition from the casual World Cup Fantasy (for those playing) to FPL.

No break from Fantasy Sports, not even a day.

Yeah, it is just so crammed up together. I am still tinkering with my World Cup squad and from tomorrow it is all about FPL. This was a fun break but FPL is the real thing and I am looking forward to it.

Also did not watch friendlies much but I heard Nunez had a nice cameo for Liverpool and he is maybe the one I am looking to include from the get go.

I just took a look at my squad and I don't even know where to begin from, I really don't know where to begin from, but I think I'll be keep vast majority of my team and get me some low budget midfielders and defenders, I plan on keeping my forward semi-premium, I would have loved to have Alvarez as perma player, but then Guardiola will always be Guardiola, and what about Salah, will the over a month long break have gotten him on completely reenergized ?

I will probably keep him in the squad, he should be eager to show off, after not being on WC, Haaland as well, but he is probably perma member in each squad

I'll probably be having him too, but he's not a perma member for me to be honest, I might shuffle a lot between himself a lot and Kevin De Bruyne, or just another 7.5-8m Midfielder and then upgrade with another ~8m+ Forward.

No Everton player would be on my squad for the time being, I'd stick with my Newcastle players, Crystal Palace and or some Brighton players. If Only there was a very cheap way to have 3 Man City players, without the assurance that they'd not get rotated pretty easily.

lol Nobody took FIFA fantasy seriously because it was just for fun, it was subpar, and there were numerous point calculation errors, unlike the FPL. BTW, I've set my GW17 draft, but I'm still having trouble deciding between Darwin and Nketie to add to my attack force; Nketie has been the man in-form, and with Jesus gone for several weeks, Nketie will play every danm game, so I'm at a loss for what to do, and there's no way I can add both.

Is anyone else having the same problems as I am? Any positive suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I have Halaand because tradition dictates that one must have the most lethal weapon on one's team, and the fact that he stayed at home during the World Cup is to his advantage. I ultimately chose Darwin and Mitrovic ( who is already on a 4th straight yellow card). It appears that, aside from Kane, who is not yet a member of my team, our attacking options are comparable. I also gave Martial some thought, but he lacks consistency, and ETH would rather use Rashford in the N0 9 position, so I decided to replace Bruno with Rashford.

I'm already setting up my team, I know I should be competitive enough for the round, but I really don't think I'll will putting any chip into play for this round, but I've got my team almost ready, I'm just waiting for a couple of information about certain players and teams. I think I'll be going all in with a couple of teams because all there is right about now until mid January is mostly league fixture and a few league games.

It's always important to have a solid team and be prepared for any round, even if you don't think you'll need to use chips. You never know when an injury or unexpected result could come up, so it's always better to be safe than sorry. Good luck with your team and make sure to do your research before making any final decisions!!!there are definitely a lot of factors to consider when deciding on your fantasy football team. One thing to consider is the form of the players. If a player is performing well in their club team, they are more likely to do well in your fantasy team as well. it’s also important to pay attention to injuries and suspensions, as these can significantly impact a player's performance!!! i think I will also make some changes in my team, good luck to everyone

There is no magical money in this one. Consider it as a bet between few of us. I am expecting a small league here.

I will not be forming a new team since I am still using my main one and trying to win the leagues that actually pay much better and I have no intetions of running two accounts on fantasy page. I have no idea if they have any multi accounting policies but I know several people that were running multiple accounts without any problems. For the purpose of this small pool I have no problems if somebody wants to enter with a new team.

If you are in send me a PM with your team name and rough estimation when you intend to pay. I have no problems waiting a week or even more for known users.

I will then revert with league code.
