I did some research last night, and I found some more info about the Aleksandar Novakovic and Kohle Projects!
TRONADZ.COM –
They have company, registered in UK, probably by some fake Latvian .

https://persons.lursoft.lv/ru/medjuho-aleksandrs-a096b4301fb7caf28381cb0a059ffa42 ) there is nothing about this men, on google searches it gives only the company he have registered in UK. TronDZ ( probably by mistake, then renamed to TronAdz ) . You can’t find anything else about this man, it’s anonimys.
If you search for the domains whois, on every site it gives hidden information, only one site show Panama as registrant address (
https://www.eurodns.com/whois-search tronadz.com ).
For the SMARTMILLIONS.IO , the domain is also registered on Panama’s user/address if u search at eurodns. The company registrant in this case is some Ruslans Garkalns, also Latvian. In deep search , I found tens of companies registered in UK with that name in role as Director/secretar . If some one know how to make deep research, maybe can find something more on this companies connection.
Both companies are registered at same address in London, but I can’t confirm that there is something on that addresses.
At the end, once again, the people who are working this projects are SCAMMERS.
