It's only a greedy user who could likely fall into prey, I don't even expect any experience user to or reputable user from this forum to fall victim. It obviously that it has been set as a trap for user fall into it whereby gas can be spent but token can not be transferred out from the wallet. Sometimes few years ago I have experience similar situations though then was a very though one.

By searching that private key. I found this https://gist.github.com/BedrosovaYuliaThat's the code or the contract the scammer use to Transfer any eth arrived to the listed address They use ETH node and run it in some server. What if someone else also runs this method, setup node and etc... as far as I can see all outgoing transactions are executed in the exact second after the deposit. in the case of more nodes like this, who would have priority? I mean, the private key is now public, apart from naive users, it can also be used by more sophisticated scammers. The code I posted above the receiving address is different than the the receiving address the OP posted. So yes many runs same method for the same wallet Your question is on point. The one who could get the coins could be the one with fastest internet connection on the server he runs the node at or the one with higher gas fee.

I'm not fully aware of this scheme but checking the address we see that there are many pending transactions, many are falling to this and many are not aware of this scheme, we cannot control people's greed, especially those who are not aware of this, even those who are trading for many years but noobs on this scheme will likely fall to this, greediness is making us lose our common sense.

A total of 298 transactions so we can figure out that many people are falling into this scheme and I'm sure there are still many similar traps like this on other platforms, we all know not many all holders are making efforts to check if this is a scam, all they know is if they have an access of private key on one wallet they can send or dispose of what's on it when the scammers are using a mechanism to trap you into falling to their scheme.

I think that there is a programmer who can write code to perform two operations in one transaction. If it's possible in the tron ecosystem. In the Ethereum ecosystem, this can be done. Therefore, the amount of stablecoins on the wallet is small.

There's a complexity to this scheme if you are not aware of it even if you are a long time trader you can easily fall for it, greed is inherent in us if it is offered in a way that makes us look at it that there is nothing wrong on claiming coins on that wallet, and we are not aware of it you can proceed claiming it, there will be more of this scheme like this in the future I'm anticipating more coming in, so it's better to make this viral in the community for awareness.

This is a story about how fraud happens. Don't try to take this money.https://etherscan.io/address/0x4de23f3f0fb3318287378adbde030cf61714b2f3Private key ee9cec01ff03c0adea731d7c5a84F7b412bfd062b9fF35126520b3eb3d5ff258 The software on the scammer's computer will send the received ethereum to the scammer's wallet. An ethereum coin transaction costs much less than a token transaction, so the fraudster's transaction will have a higher priority Even if you are the owner of the mining pool, and you can fool the scammer, the tokens will remain on the wallet. They are blocked by Tether. Instructions for checking https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5247581Be aware of this scam and don't be a victim of it.This is probably the best expose I've read if you don't know this, you'll just jump into it and tried to withdraw the amount we are all greedy and if we are ignorant of this scheme you will be one of those who'll get in the list of a failed transactions. I checked on the transactions and the number is still growing, we have to make our friends and all we know who are involved in Cryptocurrency to be aware of this, we must spread the word because this is something new and there are many gullible and ignorant on the community.

The public address is known to all, the whole world does not have any clue of how can they withdraw this money or even swap it with some other token. I am sure people must be working on it and some genius may able to withdraw this money one day.

No, that is not possible. The tokens are locked because they are associated with a hack. Tether smart contract has a blacklist flag that can be activated by the Tether, this prevents on-chain transfers. So, if a token is on the blacklist, it cannot be transferred and whoever controls the private key cannot move them. Therefore, scammers use this address to exploit greedy people to steal their money.

I do not [quite] understand what is happening here. It appears that there are actually two scammers involved: The scammer with the "free tokens", and Tether that blocks the USDT from being moved anywhere.
How Tether's blocking can defraud users is quite clear to me, but how exactly are you going to get robbed if you attempt to swipe the tokens?
There are already more than 10,500 transactions on this wallet. If you take a few cents or dollars from each user, then the fraudster will have a solid capital. But here the user does not even have a chance, because the USDT tokens are blocked. The user won't lose a lot of money and won't make a lot of noise. I'm bumping this topic. Then there were 10,500 transactions, and today there are already 20,758 transactions. They still want to rob this address, but users do not know that this is a useless exercise. No matter how much you remind people about fraud, the thirst for free money still wins.

unfortunately it's really easy to fall victim to such a scam also because any user will think... that it will ever be risking a few dollars when I can receive such big amount? in general, rule of thumb, when an opportunity seems too good to be true, it's simply a scam / rip off, there are never any surprises about it. it would be enough to look up the address online and find out that it is a scam but people are not using search engine to avoid scams

There are also fraudulent transactions, but this tells us that users do not even want to do a little investigation. The wallet constantly receives new payments and this does not stop anyone from thinking about what is happening.
