EOS and BCH were the ones that went low when the bull run hit the next time, same goes for XRP as well. These were the "good" ones on the previous increase and I get that but the reality is that we are not going to have the same thing this time around neither, just because it was high on last ATH doesn't mean that it will be like that this time around neither.

So, 2018 period was good but 2021 wasn't good to these and whenever it happens again it will not be good for them. Next time around the good ones of today may even end up being bad as well. So, we need to take a look at newer ones that could end up increasing a lot when the next bull run hits.

EOS and BCH is not my choice since they're not my favorite coin to invest in, but if I have given some choices like the above then the first is always Bitcoin and then the second can be AXS and ETH since ETH fees are really high last year I make it as the second choice but if their fees are low like BNB then I will make it my first choice.

Actually you have set the best strategy for top coin investment but I will exclude AXS because I am not interested in the coin, I just focus on adding the top 3 major in the portfolio and apart from that I will consider some investments in altcoins but I will analyze the good opportunities to add only 1 or 2 altcoins.

Where the option is bitcoin where there everybody always will select bitcoin only. And the reason is also clear , bitcoin is the top coin of crypto currency and it provides the best security. At who invested on it those don't have to worry about security.
For Altcoin I will choose Ethereum cause in this time it's risky to invest in altcoin but Ethereum is one of best coin so anybodyc can also choose it .

Bitcoin is the most trusted coin in cryptocurrency indeed, but there are many good altcoins to invest as well.
With some experience in cryptocurrency, i prefer to buy altcoin than bitcoin to gain more profit.
That is because we can gain more profit in altcoins than bitcoin, although the risk is higher.

Bitcoin and ethereum are the best coins they are always on the top to achieve your goals and if you make investment in these two then in near future you will be getting huge income. There is no doubt that bitcoin and ethereum are the best currencies to invest in, as two out of three coins have lost the interest of investors, it's BCH and EOS. AXS also just had a great year and now that the p2e trend has ended, it is no longer a potential token. Bitcoin and ethereum are always the first choice to make long term profit and safe for us to hold.

Bitcoin is the first choice for me because when it comes to market value  Bitcoin is number one, and why I will choose Bitcoin over other coins is because bitcoin is reliable than any other coin  for that I would want to choose bitcoin first before any other coin.  Ethereum is another reliable coin that is also good that the value in the market is second to bitcoin.

if I had to choose, of course my choices would be Ethereum and AXS, Ethereum is the best platform project,
and Axie is the best play to earn project, and these two coins are very good for investment, but the risk is greater than other coins.

There are numerous new coins in the market, BTC is the best coin to make investment because it possess the record which is positive for many years. It has a strong background and those who desire to be wealthier should purchase BTC at low and just hold it until its value enhanced and offer you profit. So I think that if you are going to invest money then think wisely and select BTC, it will have a lot of use cases.

Only BTC and ETH. The rest do not inspire any confidence at all. AXS gaming token and platform has been around for a long time, so it's better to find something new. BCH has never been considered for investments. EOS just doesn't like it as a blockchain. This is my personal opinion and may differ from others.

If axs is old then what about btc and eth? Both two are much older but you still pick them. Being old is actually an advantage compared to the new one which is not proven yet although not all old coins are also good to invest in. If a coin is old we can easily check their background if what they have been doing through the years. In terms of axs, this coin was related to nft game axie which I think not popular anymore so axs might be affected because of that.

We arent only sure though if there will be another project which will use axs. Maybe that is the only way for the coin to recover and succeed. For bch, many says this coin was bad. Lastly, for eos, I think this coin isn't that bad at all. I will pick this over bch and axs.

We don't specifically know how many Bitcoin holders are in this forum but I believe more than 80% of traders or investors have Bitcoin in their portfolio, although some add to other top coins such as for profit opportunities from ETH and BNB coins. Except beginner investors will add 100% altcoins in their portfolio because they believe altcoins can grow higher when the bullrun moment arrives.

For my choice with some of the coins you have mentioned above, I made the choice to stick with Bitcoin, because Bitcoin was the first to be created and the heart of all the other Altcoins when there were a lot of FUDs out there who wanted to make the Bitcoin price fall but didn't succeed and Bitcoin still exists and continues to grow. So there is nothing to worry about when holding Bitcoin, indeed basically everything investing in crypto is very risky.

An Easy to Choose, but the problem is whether financial capacity will have an impact on the choice of BTC and ethereum, both of these coins have a large purchase value and not everyone can reach. In a general picture, more precisely the two coins have enough returns, if you can make a purchase at the right time.

Yeah, bitcoin is everyones first choice, but I doubt ROSE is a good second choice. It isn't well known and is built of a network that isn't used much by anyone. High chance you will end up losing everything if you invest in ROSE. Why not replace ROSE with Ethereum? It far much better choice and almost a guaranteed profit if you invest now. But yeah, do your own research and always remember how volatile crypto currencies are.

BTC and ETH.
The reason is very clear because bitcoin is the most popular crypto and ETH is the king of altcoins. out of all those crypto coins only BTC and ETH are the best coins in maintaining market cap and that is evident from their unchanged ranking in CMC. BCH, AXS and EOS are not as good as BTC and ETH in maintaining market cap and this makes their ranking on CMC easy to replace by other altcoins. that means investing in BTC and ETH is the safest investment in crypto today.

Simple, if you look at the previous run, you can see almost all the coin that has a good run, run on an established ecosystem, I mean people will throw their money on something they have a knowledge off, rather than a new chain.

Definitely bitcoin is the best choice for me. No other cryptocurrencies would be created if not because of it. Bitcoin is the reason why our financial system made a huge breakthrough. Government keeps spreading fuds about it because they see it as a threat in the banking system. With its scarce supply, it is the safest crypto to invest for me because its price keeps increasing over the years as the adoption also grows.
