Addiction on future trading could lead to a tragedy. I myself is addicted to it when I realized some gains on it. For me its really easy money with a little short of time but other trades I also lose and unfortunately, I am more losing than winning eversince on future trade. I really thought technical plays a 100% on that but sometime its not enough. Even my prediction panned out the market works on mystetious ways. So I also agreed that before trying out better to knew 100% evetything about it. that's actually depend on the market. If you are greedy enough and you will be using whole of your money to trade in the futures. it's not about how big PNL you can make from there but it's about how consistence your profit from doing the future trade.
You shall always use around 10% from your all of your funds to trade in the future. I meant the hardest think is if the market was actually unpredictable.

The level of patience on individual traders is different so futures is not really for everyone. I see a lot of traders settle only on spot trading because for what I see they cannot take the huge risk given by this option since we really need to spend time to watch how the market moves because if we are not there to guard our trades for sure we will lost since market is so volatile.

Not that I thought OP. Losses are somewhat inevitable in trading and all traders had to go experience this. You can never expect a profit all the time as losses are highly possible. Moreover, a feeling of being disappointed is understandable as we never think about it but just a profit. However, trading isn't designed to work like that and it can never be safe especially if you are new to this. Perhaps, we can't instantly become a pro-trader, it takes quite long and more losses to experience - that is the reality.

You shall learn from your lose. You may be doing a mistake that makes your money gone. Losing in the futures trade is a common thing. that means if you didn't have good mentality. there are bunch of people who have been loosing thousands or even hundreds of thousands dollars in futures trading but again this is a competition between you with another traders. If you can't predict the market correctly and losing was inevitable. You must take it as a good lesson.
Complaining about it will not solve your problem caused by the fact that bunch of people are actively doing trade in the market.

Lol, I already knew where this was going even before reading through, yeah most people often get carried away with few consecutive wins they now consider themselves as pro when trading futures, they will even argue with others and act all tough.

Actually it is greed that makes us lose a lot in futures trading. Technically it's no different from the spot market, the difference is only because both profits and losses can be doubled and it really affects psychology.
Even pro traders will not always profit on each entry, for that the number of entries should adjust the assessment of the accuracy of the analysis results. It doesn't mean that you always increase your leverage even though you are always profiting or want to cover your losses

There is too much manipulation if we play in futures trading, especially if the altcoin we choose to trade, I still remember being cheated by the exchange, precisely gate io in trading futures. they easily liquidated my assets even though the price had not reached the margin price.

I'd notice that if you are good at this thing you can't be good at the others. Likely, if you are good at spot trading, you find it difficult in Future trading. How come you lost it all on a songle day after your winning streak? Do you even know to how to use stop loss in your trading? I think Futures Trading is specifically not for traders that don’t use stop loss feature because this the most important feature on Futures trading that needs to be known and setup before you will enter any position on your trading. This lose is really painful because I know how hard to earn small money on multiple small trades and just busting it in a single day.

Maybe you made a wrong analysis for the second day, which made you lose everything.
Sometimes, if we can make a profit on the first day and close the trade, we can lose everything on the second day as our greed will grow and we will say that we can make another profit on the second day.
Or maybe your emotions become bigger and you can not control them as well as on the first day.
You can get many factors after winning on the first day that can impact the next day because you will want to have the good result as before and that is normal.

always don't fell on your emotions when trading, that's the lesson for you mate!.
Because you know it doesn't matter if you trade spot or futures as long as you have risk management and you know what you're doing in every trade it's all fine and you still can regain afterwards even you made mistakes at the beginning.  

And also don’t be so hype after winning because you will become a greedy trader.. where in always make an adjustment to prevent massive losses especially when it comes futures because it's not a joke and it can really burn your account in just a blink of an eye... So for now lesson learn mate!

Gaining profit for the first time could make a trader feel excited and overwhelmed which leads to greed on the next day. world and also people who have good analytical skills can try futures trading. Although the risk of futures trading is very high, but if we are successful,

if you don't have the skills then it's better not to try it. Futures trading is indeed profitable for those who do have decent skills. especially to get profit in a short time.
I myself also trade spot and futures. but I don't trade futures very often. only occasionally to make a small profit. I also use small capital, because I know the risk is also greater trading there.

Those that tried it in the past never advice people to go into future trading because it's very easy for someone to reduce to zero level in financial aspect, if you don't use your head to invest the little you can afford to lose. Future trading is good for those that have one mind or have a strong faith that this thing will bring a good result at the end of the investment, are  the one making a huge amount of money from future trading because their faith is seriously working for them.

It's not just anyone who can jump into futures, for me people who are suitable for playing futures are those who can see and analyze price charts. At least having that experience can be a capital to understand where the direction of price movements will tend to go, although it is certain that not everything is going as desired. I one tried future trading with Binance it ended up as  a very sad experience, within a twinkle of eye my account got liquidated, I moved from cross margin to future trading having made some profits through the former hoping to make such in the latter unfortunately it was a very bad decision that I took and vow never to step into future trading again, earning some reasonable profits in spot or cross margin trading is less risky and better than subjecting to a more riskier future trading newbies should be aware of the warning on future trading.

Futures Trading is not for everyone? Just like any kind of trading. How many people earn from trading and have been doing it successfully for years? Probably very few. Trading itself is very risky. I think the problem with futures traders is that they get too comfortable with risk, relying on the formula the more leveraged money, the higher the possible profit from the trade. These traders are cranking their leverage to the max and going bankrupt. There is a good comparison between the spot market and the futures market. for those that not expert in spot trading , better to avoid futures trading due its risk that high and could make our balance liquidated only in few hours when market being crazy and our position wrong. alot  beginer speculate in future trade due collecting profits faster than spot trading, but they dont realize  with its risky. In crypto trading it is not measured by Pro or not Pro. The most important thing for them is the extent to which they can analyze market movements, especially Bitcoin. Price fluctuations continue to occur every day, despite the ongoing bull run. If we exit at the right time, of course we will make a profit, but if we fail to analyze the rising market, of course we will lose everything. I think Bitcoin is the basic guide in analyzing market movements.

For some of us here who already have an experience, they still find it hard to understand everything in spot trading so it was surprising how a newbie can start in futures trading directly. It could be that they are smart for them to understand things easily? And what's more surprising is they manage to win three rounds or more but of course they are not pro yet but being a pro takes time and a lot of experience.

The moral that we can get on your own story op is don't be confident enough just because your previous attempts are successful and have gone smoothly because there will be times where we can get unlucky so always secure most of your profit and use only amounts which you can easily afford to lose.

So you lost close to 500 dollars? You should consider yourself lucky as it is a very cheap lesson compared to the amount of money some other traders have lost on the futures markets and which they will most likely never recover.

The truth is that most traders that come to this market do not have what it takes to even make profits on the spot markets, and by electing to trade the futures markets they are just increasing the speed at which they will lose their money, also you were overconfident, we cannot say that we are a pro at trading by just winning 3 trades, in my opinion a full year is needed at minimum and a longer period may be needed if when you began to trade a bull market came, as it will give the impression you are a great trader when the truth is that you only came to the market at the best possible time.

Learn from your mistakes and this is always been the key and this is where noobs do always fall but totally its inevitable because we could learn everything from our mistakes.If we do thought that future or leverage

trading is easy then try it and you would find for yourself on whats the reality.You might able to have those beginners luck in few trades but not all the times you would really be ending up on profits.

I do agree that futures is not for everyone, but it is certainly not impossible to handle neither. I do agree that there are a ton of people who turned their small amount of money into a huge amount of money because they had the courage to make a profit from the leverages. If you have a small amount, it is better to do leverage because it means you will act as if you have a lot, but if you lose even just a bit, you will lose it all.

So, the risk you are taking is huge, but the profit you would take is huge as well and you better have a decision about those two before you get in. If I make a ton of profit with a huge bull run then I may consider it.

This is correct, on the books I have read about trading the experts suggest that at most only 1% of our capital should be at risk with each trade, this way no matter how many times you lose in a row your capital will not be at risk of a catastrophic loss and you can recover your money once things get better for you.

I agree, there are many people who end up making a good little success and live with that until they lose it all. The idea of making a profit once gives people confidence that they can't find anywhere else and this causes them to work harder to make that happen again. Spot trading is the only legit trading for me because you can’t burn your money no matter what will be the price of the token that you purchase unless you convert your paper loss to realized pnl. We do all to have huge profits and this is where we do really consider out on touching up on things which is more riskier just like on futures or leverage without even thinking the risk level

Because there are so many people who worked very hard to be where they are today and that was achieved by the fact that they spent time studying. But they also made a ton of money and shared it on isntagram and twitter etc, which resulted with them getting more famous and newbies seeing this and causing them to try to do the same thing to get the same amount of bit profits which they failed of course.

You are right, I usually stay away from futures cos I know for a fact that I am no way near a good trader so I see spot trading as another mini HODLin at least I am not going to lose as long as I didn't sell, there is a chance I am making my investment back plus profit since I am more of a Hodler anywats.
