Sound interesting. Wanted to skim the "privacy policy" on the website and it downloaded it as a PDF . Call me crazy but I don't download PDFs. Can't you make it a pop-up modal or a new page ?
Unlikely, the website itself only show login/register page. You can't even register without invitation link (which fortunately included by OP). Anyway, here's full copy of their privacy policy (with very basic re-formatting) since you have security concern related with PDF file/reader.
