Have remote rig (ssh in from Mac) with Linux 11.10 and get this...

Code:
miner@miner2:~$ export DISPLAY=:0
miner@miner2:~$ xhost +
No protocol specified
xhost:  unable to open display ":0"
miner@miner2:~$ sudo aticonfig --odgc
No protocol specified
ERROR - X needs to be running to perform ATI Overdrive(TM) commands

I've run aticonfig --initial, removed and reinstalled fglrx and xserver-xorg and tried reconfiguring xorg but it all ends up the same.  Any suggestions? (I won't have physical access to the rig for over a week)

Here is xorg.conf
Code:
miner@miner2:~$ cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf
