Okay just imported the addresses I found in the blockchain
Coins are back.
NOW it's read-only how send them to another address?
As has been explained above, you can not spend from the watch-only wallet. You have to import the 12-word seed phrase. Create a 'standard wallet' by clicking on the standard wallet and importing your electrum wallet seed phrase, instead of importing the address you can not spend from as it is a watch-only wallet. If you import the seed phrase and you see zero balance, that means you do not have the seed phrase of that wallet.
thats so weird, i wrote down every seed every time i used bitcoin.
Is the wallet name reklevant since i deleted it the first time?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I bought it from a leading  company.
If the only thing they gave you is a bitcoin address, you've been scammed.

thats so weird, i wrote down every seed every time i used bitcoin.
It's not weird at all.
If you have the seed phrase or the private key, you can spend the fund.
If you have neither the seed phrase nor the private key, you are not the owner of the fund. Every one can create the watch-only wallet you have.

Their response;

Good afternoon Dennis,

I understand that you are very concerned, we have tried to help you to the best of our knowledge, but we also suspect that you have been the victim of a scam and that you may not have your own keys to the Exoduswallet.

If this is the case, we cannot do anything for you. Money sent over the blockchain can never be retrieved. Shipping is therefore always at your own risk.

Perhaps you could give us some explanation as to what exactly happened. In your first verification photo we see an English whatsapp message to someone in the background, where you indicate that you have done something wrong.

We may be able to help you if you could explain exactly what happened. Then we can and will of course be happy to help you further.

Sincerely,

Blackbird

I'm more confused now.
Where did you create your wallet? Exodus or electrum?
Maybe, you created your wallet in exodus and then imported your address into electrum. Am I right? If so, you need the exodus wallet file or the 12 word seed phrase.

So, you didn't say anything about Exodus when contacting their support. It's weird. Because in the response, they talked about Exodus keys.

I have read all the previous replies, but I still don't know what exactly happened.
You bought bitcoin. Then you provided a bitcoin address, so they can send you the fund. Right?
Where did you get that address from?

I am a verry big noob when it comes to bitcoin.
With all your misunderstandings in everyone's reply, I think this quote is the main issue here.

The first thing you need to learn is: "Bitcoin doesn't work like a bank"
Addresses aren't issued by a main server, it's created by your wallet based from your private keys from your seed phrase.
If you just imported an address and not generate it from a private key or seed, you'll end up with a read-only (watching-only) wallet.
Without the private key of an address, a person cannot spend from that address. (it's labeled "watching-only" for a literal reason)

Your wallet is not like a bank account either, that's only a storage for your private keys/addresses and the necessary features to spend and/or receive bitcoins.
There's no copy of it in any server, it's solely stored in your PC or Phone.
So, the developers don't have access to "your wallet", that means that they can't do anything if you ever lost your funds while using the wallet.

Same company.
I am sure you are missing something.

I just visited the website you bought bitcoin from to see how it works.
According to what I read on the website, for withdrawing bitcoin, you have to send them an image to prove that you own the withdrawal address.
How did you do the verification? Did you send an image from electrum watch-only wallet window?
Didn't you send an image from exodus wallet? That may be why they referred to Exodus in their response.

Is this a translation error, or did they really say "shipping"?

From the context, I believe what he ment to say is that they won't be held responsible and there is nothing they can do if you provide a wrong receiving address.
And, tbh, the support agent seems to be willing to help. Therefore, I believe the service is legit and the problem is not on their side.
There are few possibilities here:
  - OP provided an address which he doesn't own (got it from somewhere!)
  - OP backed up the wrong wallet
  - clipboard malware (unlikely but still possible)

 - OP provided an address which he doesn't own (got it from somewhere!)
According to their website, users have to prove the ownership of the withdrawal address.
If OP doesn't own that address, then the question is how he/she was able to prove its ownership.

 - OP backed up the wrong wallet
This is very likely.

 - clipboard malware (unlikely but still possible)
I agree. It's very unlikely.

Hi people,

I am a verry big noob when it comes to bitcoin.
So i bouht some bitcoin, an startet a wallen named wallet_1.
Dropped al my coin to a specifi address on that wallet and worked, al my ballance was theren.
Then i noticed the wallet was read-only for some kind of reason so accidentally  deleted the adress....
Now what?

Blokchain says:

This address has transacted 5 times on the Bitcoin blockchain. It has received a total of 0.00670692 BTC ($154.98) and has sent a total of 0.00111431 BTC ($25.75). The current value of this address is 0.00559261 BTC ($129.23)

How can i retreive them?

Thanks in advance

My first question to you dude is, Where did you buy Bitcoin? what exchange is this? Did you download Electrum to your desktop or mobile phone? Did you create a wallet in electrum and after you created it, did you save the private key or seed phrase of your bitcoin address?

Because if you have saved everything important to the electrum dude in the standard category, even if the address has been deleted, it can still be resolved. But if you don't save it, it's impossible to recover it. It's a shame that it costs a lot, it can actually help a lot.

How did you do the verification? Did you send an image from electrum watch-only wallet window?
If you create a watch-only wallet with Electrum and go to the "Receive" tab, there is no address field visible as in the example the exchange shows on its website, here. That's logical because you can't generate a new address by importing a different BTC address. If you go to the "Addresses" tab, the imported address is visible there and it's the only address you can see. Maybe he took a picture of that, held up his ID and passed the verification. The exchanges' support might not be knowledgeable enough about watch-only wallets to notice that something was wrong or they didn't pay attention. The "imported, watching only" notification in Electrum is also a sure sign that it's not a standard wallet if they looked.

The question on everyone's mind is how the hell did OP get this address he submitted to the exchange? His reply that it's the same company could suggest that he copy-pasted the address from his bitmymoney account, a transaction was made from his account to the same address, but the coins somehow got lost somewhere. I don't even know if this is technically possible.

@pogona
Can you explain in detail everything you did from the moment you started playing around with Electrum and bitmymoney? Every detail could be important. Mention everything.
