Now it's very popular that people just don't go to work it's time for companies to spend their extra profits for wages or they Will be out of business.
In germany also many farmers block roads soon more people around world join all kind of revolutions.
Now the greedy capitalists suffering If they don't pay + penalties If they don't take seriously.

Can we really have a global revolution? I don't think so. Or can we have a global system without capitalist? Also don't think so. It seems egalitarian society has eluded the world system and you just have to match forward with what you are faced with. At most, you can only have a regional revolution at a time or few countries that share borders but to have a global revolution doesn't appear realistic to me except you are talking of WW3.

So this revolution is essentially about paying workers higher wages.

In Europe for example there are basic workers rights and each country has a minimum
wage agreement in place, I think per country it works out differently for example in Germany,
Ireland and the Netherlands its higher than in Spain , Greece and Portugal because
the cost of living is higher there.

I'm not sure how easy it is for companies to be forced to pay workers higher wages, some
smaller business cannot afford to do that. Its easy to look only at what the employee takes home
in wages but there is also the burden held by the employer of having to pay TAX for each
employee, particularly in my country.

It is already difficult for unions to form in countries like the United States, you cannot expect to a global union or workers revolution to start to easily and by declaring about it here in this forum, it would take much more than some words to encourage people to join such movement, basically, for it to function such union would need to be like a multinational association and hold in place a chairman who knows who to fight the for rights of the people who belongs to the union. I am not against unions, but we are not supposed to fantasize about a global revolution starting tomorrow because why not.
We must also keep in mind we are going through the beginning of what appears to be the next industrial revolution, thanks to automatization and powered by artificial intelligence.
If workers start to be very difficult to handle in the eyes of companies or employers, then they will have more reasons to invest and implement more robots and automated processes, robots cannot form unions and can work non-stop as long as they are provided with energy.  And of course the western governments are very unlikely to side with workers when comes to the advance of automatization

I can feel this but it does not happen on a global scale, the global economic problem is facing common challenges and it is easy to understand why workers are not paid or are paid low wages. But to put it in reverse, if a company/business goes bankrupt, what will people do to make a living? Only by close interaction with each other can we survive together. So just simply think about accepting the changes in current society, instead of claiming excessive rights, look back at what you have done to be able to claim your rights (of course it's not all), and here I think that instead of fighting for revolution, let's overcome difficulties together. Fortunately, not everywhere is in chaos, life is inherently fair, don't blame the other side because you are the one who decides for yourself.

I understand what you mean but can't be possible to happen worldwide, it is best efficient locally only when the workers put in more effort to their job but yet their efforts are not well rewarded, then we can accept to join the revolution. Most of the times, the company is willing to increase payment, knowing fully well the amount of effort workers put in their job but due to no much income after doing their calculations they can't take up the process so they won't crash at a point.

Good initiative but it won't work everywhere as unemployment rate is surging and if one person quits there job or don't go there are 100 more qualified people out there waiting for that opportunity as people are out there struggling for survival and you may want to visit Dubai and see how people are queued up for job vacancies and they are ready to work with a payment which is much lesser than average.

Need to have a better plan as this will fail, rather there needs to be a change in policy from the government as they have to draft a labour law in favor of workers and decide minimum wages.

Since profit is the main objective in the capitalist economic social system the rights of the workers and their safety of life are not reflected. Do you think so? No myself I don't think the days of capitalism is over. It is not over because the government is relinquishing the manufacturing structures into the hands of individual companies even though they are friends in government but they are not operating on the subsidized rates of government but on their own demand. Despite government retaining the controlling clauses but it is more like ceremonial than the actual control it is suppose to be. The government is letting out her control in operation of key capital structures in the guise that the government can't run business but to provide policies for private companies to come in, however it is not effective because they have their friends in the government. So capitalist tyranny is not over but building empire.

Germany AFAIK is turning its back to natural gas and so their companies are also in shambles after allowing the destruction of the gas pipeline. I read in the news recently one of their politicians already suggested getting out of the EU.

basically capitalists have smarter brains and they are very cunning. when we keep asking for a wage increase, they will say yes but after that there is a reduction in employees, so it's the same as them spending their money, or if they think they can't make maximum profits, they will move offices and factories to "cheap countries" with minimum wages are very different from those in Europe, in the past capitalists moved to China because the minimum wage was very low, now China has developed and the minimum wage has increased, they are targeting countries in Southeast Asia. that's how capitalists play. but if we are united and this movement is united throughout the world, maybe we can correct them. but I don't know, managing thousands of people is very difficult, what about one world.

The governments all over the world already are feeling the heat because of these and that is why alot of government are banning social media and cryptocurrencies.

Social media does not have anything to do with a serious revolution around the world, not even in a single country of high relevance, actually. If you take a look and the common publications which circulate in social media you will only find memes, naked women advertising their Only Fans, news , shitposting. Etc.
The kind of material or content which easily circulates around social media is designed to keep people busy enough with irrelevant topics, so they will not inform themselves about the social problems of their country and how to deal with the root of the problem. And to me it makes sense, social media is owned and regulated by the people at the top, the same ones who could improve the life quality of millions but choose not to for whatever agenda they have.
So, while I agree cryptocurrency could be part of a widespread revolution (because it is a decentralized system which noone can take over easily) social media is rather a distraction for people not to join politically in problems. The fact Facebook, Google, Apple and other big corporations reserve the right to suspend your account at discretion should be enough for anyone to realize no revolution can blossom in such a sterile ground.

A worldwide revolution to drive for a better remuneration and job security is only possible in theory, but in practical it's not possible, despite the positive impact that it can have on employees welfare worldwide. Different countries in the world have their own independent labor organizations, who are saddled with the responsibilities of seeing that workers in their country receives salaries that is above their minimum wage, and you can't expect another country to adopt the same minimum wage, because their capacities might not be the same.

You need to consider the cost of production of companies and know their turnover before you can start to advocate for a worldwide revolution, some of them might be running at a loss due to economic hardship that many countries are facing. In countries where the supply of workers is greater than the jobs available, it might surprise you that as you're staging your protest that there are people waiting to take over your job, even at a lesser salary. So a global revolution on that regard is not feasible.

If only government listens and do better. Talking it out with employers helps find common ground and when workers and companies communicate openly, they can understand each other's needs and come up with solutions that work for everyone. Blocking roads might cause more issues so finding ways to negotiate and collaborate is often a better route to positive change i think
