In my country also the situation is equal for men and women but in the field of business there are many women who are working in different companies and earn their living. However, it can be seen that men contribute the most in terms of equal rights for women and men. In most cases, men are ahead in all businesses or in all aspects. If in a country 50% women are given equal rights to men then the percentage of men is highest there. As much as women and men have equal rights in the business sector or in various workplaces, women take up 30% of the entrepreneurs and the remaining 70% are men. Let's normalize that husbands are now taking care of children and doing housework while the wives are going to office work.
