this is right, current bearish is like good chance for accumulation since usually you get your investments in really discounted value meaning even if your investments is recovering back to its former value you're already making quite the returns, I couldn't see why instead someone gonna liquidate their investments since that's foolish decision.

Some people may optimistic about bullish cause bearish condition already staying longer than expectation but there's no rule that, how longer bear market will stay.

This people have no previous experience of the market that's why they're panicking. Assuming they were around the 2018 bear market then they'll understand we haven't gotten the worst out of the market. The last bear market lasted for about two and the half years as it lasted from 2018 to early 2021 before the market started recovering fully and the bull market started. If the market was to follow same path then we just completed the first year of the bear market and have to wait another year and some months.
Also the price of Bitcoin hasn't fallen as much as it did in the last cycle. If that was to happen again then we should be seeing Bitcoin trade below $10k but hopefully that doesn't happen.
