what you mentioned is a very broad term, it can be a single HTML page and it can be a complex application that requires a higher level of programming.
Also, your budget is a very important thing.

The website I want doesn't have to be advanced and only takes 2-3 days to create.
So no need for a professional who wants fantasy prices.
