Crypto Currency should be Integrated into School Curriculum

I would prefer blockchain technology to enter the national education curriculum instead of cryptocurrencies. In fact, when the blockchain technology course is given, it may be possible to provide information about cryptocurrencies in the course. If this is done, students can be given a more comprehensive education. Apart from that, I think that financial literacy education should be given to people of all ages. I think it is an issue as important as cryptocurrencies because a person who is conscious about this issue will evaluate cryptocurrencies from a better perspective.

I guess this is not for high schools, it will be very preferable for higher institutions. High school students needs more knowledge in commerce, economics as to get understandings about finance. The high school is place of people of young age, they might not have good understanding about cryptocurrency if they haven't been taught finance properly. Education in cryptocurrency is very important  for people to know what to do with their finance.

With the emerging markets and technologies today, I believe that there's really a need for it. We've been stuck to the outdated topics that has been there for ages. I know that it's not that bad at all and they're still applicable and important.

But what is it to add some new flavor to subjects and topics to deal with? Especially on this generation, when many people don't know that finances and technology could be tied into one thing, a product and a cryptocurrency, an investment - a payment method.

Indeed, teaching the basics of bitcoin and blockchain must be preceded by theoretical and practical lessons of financial systems, and ensuring that the student is proficient in the mechanisms of critical and evolutionary analysis.  On this basis, it is not possible to teach Bitcoin in the first years of education until the end of high school.  A course can be added to teach the blockchain in the fields of economics, management, finance, data technology and media sciences in general.  It's really a combination of all of that.

After reading so many theories, Analysis and the powers of crypto currency in a nation's economy, the greater impact it will bring to developed and fast developing countries. I began to wonder why is crypto currency not accepted in some area's and organization of the world, can we characterized this as lack of information, and awareness to the people. If this be the case, Can we find a way to adopted Crypto Currency as a Subject and integrate it into our school curriculum, or better still as topic and integrate it into Economy's. There are a couple of educational institutions who have acknowledged bitcoin and cryptocurrency, so much so that they included it in lessons and curriculum. Though these institutions are few and far between given that the government passively vetoes the use of it and in conjunction, the teaching of how to use it as well as its benefit. They'd soon realize how futile their efforts were though, especially as we are undergoing a paradigm shift in everything including the education system, where more and more learners are in the know of what they wanna know and what they don't want to. The adoption process will take time, but the fact that we are already seeing institutions like the ones I have told earlier be open and receptive about teaching crypto is a good sign that we are on our way there.

Teaching children about the decentralised network will let them know the basics as well as make them understand the positive and negative things of decentralisation. Adding curriculum to the school children needs to be done in such a way that it should not make them feel bored.

El Salvador have begun diploma program on bitcoin with the support of the Ministry of Education. Such a move could be taken by different countries and further moved down to the level of schools. Governments launching book similar to "My First Bitcoin" will let people around understand bitcoin in a simple way. Maybe such books can be distributed on schools.

Schools should be able to adjust to the trends that occur, blockchain technology is developing rapidly so that it is worth entering the curriculum, sometimes the education office is afraid to include cryptocurrencies because they think it has not been legalized, but we must take the positive side that transactions in the blockchain are a future system that will dominate or replace traditional system.

Many argue that cryptocurrencies must enter the school curriculum, just like a few years ago when social media is very massive so propose to enter the school curriculum, of course it is natural because schools must be able to choose important priorities because school hours are full and maybe in a few years will enter the curriculum.

I respect your topic OP but I am sorry to say, this will never work because implementing crypto into school curriculum is like teaching people how to make money, meaning you have literally turn school to > no need to work for the government anymore.

Remember, the coldest truth about school is get your degree and serve the government, live on the government money and pay your debts, once crypto is into school you have set workers free from the hands of the government.

This is the last thing the government would want to see.
