This only happens when you are really worried about it and actually when you don't trade and do for the long term then why always check it because obviously your goal is not right now because I personally when doing for the long term always determine target in advance for a period of how many months or years for example.

We can't eliminate the feeling of being worried, in fact, even experienced traders may felt the same as well.
If you are just holding and aiming for long-term or have the plan to just sell them 5 years from now as an example, I don't think it was necessary to check the market everyday. If we do this thing, I was sure this could make some changes of your mind and instead of waiting for 5 years, that might be cut into months or weeks.

It's true that even if it's a trader who has experience, worry can't just be removed, but do you know what's different here? Experience so that they can consciously and calmly face any eventuality and decide in the best way. This is what novice traders lack which makes them stressed and panicked.

Yes, I think it's dangerous to do leverage trading because of the volatility in the last couple of days. For sure only experience one are doing it, but it's not a sure fire thing that they are going to profit as well, the game has changes in this bear market. And it only become stressful if you this every day and then continue losing money. So better be just for the long haul right now and buy what you can afford in this bear market.

Well, that's true and guess what. Still, bitcoin did perform greatly despite all of those situations that the market has faced. Coming from a pandemic, recession, war, and inflation and there could be others too that haven't been in the mainstream. Oh, don't forget about the backlash that never stops to it about the energy consumption of it.

Regret is the word you are looking for. People who end up not understanding that bitcoin will be high eventually will be regretting not buying. They can look at the market and say ETH merge, MT.gox, fed rates, whatever they are afraid of and not buy right now which is understandable.

In a market situation that can be said to be bad, where many project prices have dropped due to a prolonged bear market. It is quite stressful
 for people to finally decide to sell the crypto they have and they think the crypto will not recover. Especially with so many bad events this year,
and I understand how many people doubt the future of crypto with the current market situation. Because only for people who are experienced
and have good knowledge about crypto, who really understand this is a good time to buy crypto. Like you said don't waste our time convincing

And when they are given cheap prices like today in the bearish era, they also complain about why the Bitcoin price has really dropped. And asks if this is the end of Bitcoin. It's surprising what they want. 
But exactly, this is during the bearish period, no need to think about the price bullish of Bitcoin in this era. If you are willing to accumulate more Bitcoin, just do it now, with the DCA process is wiser.

There is nothing wrong with charts, they are only data.   Its how you look and consider that data when presented that matters most and so the burden of correct or not lies within your own bias, charts are no more wrong then a mirror can be.   I suggest changing the time frame if nothing else, myself included long ago used 1 minute charts way too much and BTC is not to be evaluated on its most immediate price action or you will receive no great insight.
   Consider every time frame like a cog in a watch they all matter but in different part to the final reading,  there is interplay against each other even the really long term ones are like a tide movement back and forth.   The other clue is to pay more attention to the low price not the peaks, there is a low and high movement to BTC like day and night each passes in turn.   BTC often has especially wild peaks like froth on a saucepan boiling so I would stress the lows over the highs with any extended consideration.  Short term is not a level to garner any judgement of BTC accurately, mostly day to day is for trading with.

So it depends how we handle the situation because if you have weak hands you cant really see the advantage of bearish season.
