I find it confusing as well, I thought the TOS is just a regular text but as I hover it's a link to their TOS. There should be improvement in the design since this is a casino and TOS is very important unless the casino is hiding it.

I bit surprised and think my page was -50% zoom. For sure, I have to maximize the website to 200% to read all pages which mean this is very urgent, and I think it's not difficult to cut the time between day, not 2 weeks to just repair the GUI.

Policies , T&C are something that many gamblers ignore when it nicely embedded on the website. Players feel too busy or consider it unnecessary, but it is when there is dispute that gamblers will fall back to it. They didn't exactly stated how or when they would ask about the KYC verification. But seeing these private information they require on their ToS, I'm hesitating to try their website. It's my first time to see on a gambling website asking for a verification call on their KYC and I think it's too much already since they have our private information from the ID and address documents. They can already verify if someone submitted a fake document because of the selfie so I don't really see any reason why they will also need a live verification.
