You need to find a centralized exchange or a decentralized exchange. If it's a decentralized exchange, you won't have to pay any fees, the listing will be done for free. For centralized exchanges, we have a lot, but I can tell you there won't be free here. If you want something that's both good and free or cheap that doesn't exist today, everything has to be measured in terms of money, that's true. It's just like you want your coin to be used by many people and increase in price so your coin needs to be really good so don't expect something cheap but best out of it.

You just need to go to the dex to get what you want for your token. In my opinion if these days there are not free listings. The problem is how can your token comply with all of requirements needed by exchange site to list your token.
yeah even binance can listing your token for free but the question is what progress that already made by your token? how reliable the platform to support your token? there are bunch of things need to be filled when you wanna see your tokens to be listed in legit exchange site with decent daily trade volume. Centralized exchanges which are highly popular never comes with free listing or the fee which is cheaper, it will be atleast few thousand dollars as far as I know and even the fee is not going to be enough until you meet all their listing criteria. I don't think the fee for listings are available for public so you can contact the exchange for detailed information and also can apply for listings with the provided form and all the information about your project.

maybe DEX is the best place for that. as far as I know, to list on the CEX, requires quite a lot of money, and the better and the quality of the CEX, the higher the fee required. If you want quality, then you need to spend a lot of money for it. If you want to quickly list the coins so that they can be traded, then DEX might be good enough to start with, but if you are targeting CEX, I don't recommend looking for cheap ones, and it might be more memorable when the coins you have listed are the first popular CEXs.

You will face the problem of liquidity and therefore listing the platform “for free” does not mean that it will gain sufficient liquidity for its continuity. If you do not have a good marketing plan, your platform will end up without orders or be removed from the central platforms.

I think that you will not find any exchange site with cheap listing fees. Ithink that you shall go to the low tier exchange site but the main problem is if it has no enough liquidity and fully traded by bots. There are so many small exchange sites in the market and only a few exchange sites that were showing the real volume while majority of small exchange sites are manipulating their daily trade volume. There’s no cheap exchange that offers good trading volume. Most of the cheap centralized exchange offers only small volume and most of them are from fake trading. Your only chance to get listed on exchange with good trading volume are on DEX which doesn’t charge any listing. The only thing you need to do is to make sure that your tokens has sufficient liquidity for traders.

I don't know that Kucoin has this service, but the MEXC exchange also provides this service for new projects. By voting to list on their exchange and the participants voting, they will receive rewards in project tokens. Centralized exchanges especially those who are reputable or on top of the list are charging a high pitch price. Commonly, Small or starting projects are first getting listed on decentralized exchange knowing that they don't have much capital to invest into listing. I doubt that reputable exchanges with good volume provide cheap or free listing of crypto projects. As it happens, if project has too small budget and they can not afford listing on big exchanges with good volume, then they have only option of little-known exchanges, where all trades volume is barely over 50-100 bitcoins. At such exchangers there are always a huge number of various little-known projects, but it is unlikely that such exchanges can be called authoritative. Authoritative exchange and free listing, as it seems to me, are incompatible concepts from different worlds.

No exchange is free. Even if the stock exchange implements it, I'm sure that within a month the market will close. But there are exchanges that are free for certain coins, for example Binance which makes free BNB or BUSD transaction fees to internal wallets. FTX exchange with free withdrawal fees for BSC and Polygon. It is impossible for the exchange to make it all free while the exchange needs to pay the blockchain network fee.
If you want to see the trading volume on an exchange, or the level of reputation and ranking of world exchanges, maybe you can check on coinmarketcap.

getting in the famous exchange gonna be difficult since usually they select very few project and then there are many requirements that they requires, I think if you wanna cheap alternatives you should just instead stick with exchange like uniswap in which there is no listing fee, I think it's better if your coin is still relatively low in term of volume and market capitalization until it gets bigger it's gonna be difficult getting listed in some famous exchange like kucoin.

Any projects can be listed on Decentralized exchanges but team have to provide liquidity otherwise there are no benefits by listing in the dex. So i think dex listing isn’t a big deal for a new project because here no listing fees. But cex is difficult to list a new tokens when team haven’t enough fund.

It's hard to build a reputation because of the tight competition and they will only list a coin for free? No fckin way and even an ordinary exchange won't agree with that because the reason why they have created an exchange is for them to earn by listing a coin. The OP isn't only looking for free stuffs but he is also willing to pay some only for his coin to get listed.

The best thing that he can do for now is to get listed in an ordinary exchange because this is the only exchange that he can afford and he must build his reputation by there. If ever he is seeing great results, he can slowly upgrade on a better exchange.
