Yesterday I had received a promotional message with $10 free chip, but I'm getting an error message when I tried to claim it.
I'm wondering why they sent me the promotional message if they don't allow everyone (people of all countries) to claim the bonus code. Has anyone else received the $10 free chip bonus email from them?
