pageviews, unique visitors, impressions, and anything that related to the traffic.
previously, I saw the same offer with more detail like that.
it would help advertisers to know better about the benefits. it also helps you to attract more advertisers if you have nice traffic.

I visited your site. I think 125x125 ads are so small, maybe you can research about conversion rate for each size. As I know 250x250 or 300x250 is much more attractive but you can put that large square on top of the page. I guess you want your customers to be satisfied with advertising on your page.
on top, you have 4 slots which is too much in so little space. I am not sure what I read there and what is an offer from these ads.
You need to remove all pop-up shit from links. it is an outdated method and a very bad method of monetization in the long run. it doesn't bring you enough money, as much as it deducts visitors.

I agree. It is the first thing that I've noticed when I've visited this directory. A little adjustment and putting it on the center would do the job. And at the bottom of the page, there were a lot of ad slots which I think is too much. Don't get it wrong but it's just an opinion of mine. You can use the right side space of the page for the scroll/cursor to lessen those ads that are placed side by side at the bottom.

I'm sorry guys for the pop-up I'm testing out a new ad network
its fixed in their code when i accept ads I test it to see their CPM rate
and for the 125 x125 banners, I do it so our advertiser get the best result on our website
im selling it for cheap and give a better placement so we don't waste our traffic and to cover some of our expenses
because as of now we don't have a better option placement and the price may change in the future

maybe you should think about implementing some type of banner rotator. Where you would share the same ad placements with few different clients, but not at the same time. New visitor or new page refresh brings new ad on this banner position.
I think there is probably some plugin for WP which can help you with that.
I just think out loud.

yes there is something like that
I'm currently using that kind of plugin in which the banner can be randomized and slide
every new pageview will show a random banner and slide to make banner change in a specific timeframe
maybe i will change it to a bigger size 728x90 or 468x90 some say 125x125 is really too small

after I clicked on one of the links on your page, it all broke. I can't open your site anymore.
I got the message "Error establishing a database connection", something is wrong on there and not working.

edit: OK, after a while, the site loaded but everything is very slow. Then after a few clicks on the site, it is unavailable again. (Seems your server does not work god)
